Valinor is nestled in a lush tropical setting - Folly Beach Home in the Charleston Area Valinor is a custom-built home located across only one street from the beach and only ten miles from downtown Charleston. The beach access is directly across the street from the dirt driveway (West 8th Street) leading to the house. This luxurious retreat offers the rare combination of both the quiet seclusion of a tropical forest and the close proximity of the sand and surf. With 2900 square feet of living area, you will have ample room to spread out and enjoy all of the amenities Valinor has to offer. Your getaway includes five bedrooms (one king, two queens, and two twins) plus a third story loft. High-speed internet access, a gas grill, high quality linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, soaps, and start-up paper products are provided. All that you will need to provide for this dream vacation is food and fellowship. In order to meet the high standards of our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets on our property.

Weekly Rates: $1500/week .. November through March (except holiday weeks)

$2000/week .. September, October, April
$2300/week .. May
$2900/week .. June, July, August
11.5% tax, $150 cleaning fee, and refundable deposit collected on all rentals
