Our family enjoys staying at our home for special occassions or just time to get away and enjoy the mountains. We have two daughters and three grandchildren. We are active and enjoy skiing, hiking, golfing and all the incredable mountain activities.

The Garmisch Residence was everything we could hope for and more during our 10 day stay. This spacious, beautiful and welcoming home is guest friendly and every amenity was available to our family and friends. We could not have planned a better summer in Vail. We had plenty of room for family and guests and were able to accomodate an inpromptu cocktail party for friends "in town" from Vail to Steamboat Springs!

We have been going to Vail for over 20 years and are now repeat quests at Garmisch. Without a doubt, this is the nicest home that we have stayed in. The layout, number of bathrooms, the bedding as well as all of the rest of the amenities make this an ideal place for multiple couples or families. This past season, we had 4 couples for part of the week and a 5th couple for part of the week and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. We will never stay anywhere else! Thank you Deberah!

Awesome experience, the home was everything we expected and more. We had 6 adults and 6 children, more than enough space for everyone. Perfect location! Will definitely plan next ski trip around the availability of this home.

This is our favorite place to stay in Vail as we are repeat guests. The Garmisch house is the best deal there and it has it all including the hot tub and a gas grill.
