This home is decorated with the comfort and warmth of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and features a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances over looking the living room and dining room. In the living room there is a vaulted ceiling, sofas, and love seat resting on a beautiful oriental carpet centered around the woodburning fireplace.

The dining room has a large banquet sized dining table that comfortably seats ten. Two oversized sliding glass doors exit the dining room to a large deck, with gas grill and hot tub. Also on the main floor of the home are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and laundry room. The upper level of this spacious home has a loft, large master suite with a king bed, a great room with a gas burning fireplace, game table, tv and small wet bar, another bedroom with two twin beds and a large bathroom offers the luxury of a deep soaking tub.

  • The Garmisch Residence was everything we could hope for and more during our 10 day stay. This spacious, beautiful and welcoming home is guest friendly and every amenity was available to our family and friends. We could not have planned a better summer in Vail. We had plenty of room for family and guests and were able to accomodate an inpromptu cocktail party for friends "in town" from Vail to Steamboat Springs!

  • We have been going to Vail for over 20 years and are now repeat quests at Garmisch. Without a doubt, this is the nicest home that we have stayed in. The layout, number of bathrooms, the bedding as well as all of the rest of the amenities make this an ideal place for multiple couples or families. This past season, we had 4 couples for part of the week and a 5th couple for part of the week and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. We will never stay anywhere else! Thank you Deberah!

  • This is our favorite place to stay in Vail as we are repeat guests. The Garmisch house is the best deal there and it has it all including the hot tub and a gas grill.
