Stay at our very popular villa for 5 Star Luxury in the Sun! This large single story 4 bedroom, 3 bath Florida vacation home in Lindfields Estates is right where you want it to be on a QUIET & private street and CLOSE to the Magic of the Disney attractions. The single floor layout means NO stairs to climb and provides an extremely spacious feel with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.
This villa is located only a quick 3.5 mile drive to Disney. The route to Disney has only has 2 traffic lights on it and it keeps you off of RT-192 except for 1 block! ( Directions provided with pictures)
The Pool is secluded, meaning that it is not overlooked by adjacent properties. A feature that is not present in 95% of the villas in the central Florida area.
Description:
The fully air conditioned luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Florida vacation home consists of master bedroom with TV, king size bed, en-suite bath, and walk in closet. Three other double bedrooms, one with queen size bed and TV and one with Mickey Mouse feature!
The villa has further full bathrooms both with tub/showers and hair dryers, On of the baths lets out on the the pool area through an alarmed door.
There are two spacious living areas, a dining room, a breakfast area and a utility room with washer and dryer, iron 7 board, all linens are provided, beach towels are provided.
The villa is equipt with a central security system, safe, CCTV and pool alarms for your added peace of mind. Sleeps 8-10 + crib.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove / hob, microwave, fridge and freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Other amenities include five cable TV's (in all bedrooms plus the family room four are high definition 52 inch, two 32 inch,and 19 inch), two VCRs, Nintendo Wii and Sony PlayStation 2, a stereo CD player, 2 DVD players, 2 VCR players and several movies on VHS or DVD format. six ceiling fans/w controls in the Lanai, all 4 Bedrooms and living room.

We provide directions into the back entrance of Disney keeping avoiding nearly all of the traffic. The villa is within driving distance of Cocoa Beach on Florida's east coast for those non-park days. (directions can be provided.) Also within driving distance of NASA if you are lucky enough to be in Florida on a Launch day. Plenty of baseball is available for baseball fans. During spring training 3 teams are within a few miles and during the Baseball season the Tampa Bay Rays are within a 2 hour drive on I-4. Why the Owner Chose Lindfields
Lou and I looked at over forty houses before we made our choice. Our first priority was location, location, location. Our house is only three and a half miles to Disney and close to everything. The great thing though is we are on a cul-d-sac and the street is so quiet I have seen people sunbath on the front lawns! We wanted large bedrooms and a nice open floorplan with soaring ceilings. One thing I learned from renting other homes is that a lot of pools look onto each other so you get a fish bowl effect - you feel like you are on display. Our home is landscaped so the pool is very private.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There are so many things to see and do in the area that we have not even scratched the surface. The parks, the wildlife, the golfing and the beautiful plants and flowers. We are also not too far from the beach - about an hour - and we have enjoyed the gorgeous Cocoa Beach where the waves are so bubbly it feels like you are swimming in champagne! There are also many great places to eat - even though we have a fully equipped kitchen I enjoy the many great restaurants that are nearby. One of my favorite things to do is relax in the pool looking up at the stars at night.

Lou and I live in CT and love escaping to enjoy the balmy Florida weather. Before we bought our villa we stayed in hotels and when we finally rented a villa and there was no going back to cramped hotel rooms. We decided exactly what features we liked and did not like in a rental house. We wanted an excellent location and a pool that was not overlooked - in many rental homes the pools look onto each other so you feel like you are in a fishbowl. We finally found the perfect place. We stay there at least three times a year making sure it stays just the way we want it. Friends and family never get tired of joining us – it is appealing to all ages.

The description and pictures of this home do not do it justice. Lots of little extras not available at a hotel gives that comfortable "at home" feel. A place where you can unwind after a busy day seeing the sites, cook for yourself, or enjoy a multitude of restaurants. The location is ideal for access to Disney from the "back entrance" making it much easier to get to without the expected traffic. Quiet area and only a short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. The owners obviously take great pride in the property and are wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A truly great holiday home Our family having been visiting Florida for 16 years and without doubt this villa was the best holiday home we have stayed in. Everything you need to make the perfect vacation home was provided with the standard of maintenance and service being first class. This was due in no small part to the great care taken by Jeannie and Lou Pannullo. A big thanks for making it a geat stay.

My goodness! What a wonderful place to stay! We were so very delighted to see how well the property is maintained. The furniture is top notch and the decorating of the house is in such good taste. The neighborhood is very quiet and so very close to Disneyworld. The directions on the back entrance were great! Jeanie was so very gracious to give us helpful information to make our stay more enjoyable. This house is so COMFORTABLE and SPACIOUS and has a lot of natural lighting. Everything about this property is A+. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to any friends who want a lovely place to spend a relaxing vacation.

What a great villa!! We have enjoyed a wonderful 3 weeks and wish we could stay for another 2 or 3. It is so nice to have such a clean, well equipped place. As far as we are concerned, this is the perfect place when doing a family Disney trip. It is so nice to come back to a quiet neighbourhood and relax in the pool after a busy Disney day....and it is so easy to go the back way. Thanks for sharing your villa with us.
