We rented this condo for our family vacation in September 2011. The condo was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Located on a quieter part of the beach but close to all the action. We were three but could have fit two more comfortably. The condo is right on the beach with a nice veranda right outside the door. The building has many amenities (just remember to bring some quarters if you plan to use the washer or dryer). The condo owners are very kind and professional. Communication with the owner is excellent. Our family vacation was very memorable and we will be staying here again in the future.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had an excellent stay in this condo (summer 2007). Because it was so great, we reserved the same week in August for next summer. The owner was fabulous to work with (especially because this was my first time renting a vacation condo!) and she came to greet us personally on the day we arrived! Our condo neighbors were excellent and we can't wait to see them all next summer. I highly recommend this condo to everyone.
