Beautiful & Relaxing wit Amazing Sunsets!

We spent two beautiful & relaxing weeks at this studio condo in Flamingos over Christmas and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is exactly as advertised and has everything you need to cook your own meals. Ricardo was a pleasure to deal with and addressed every need we had. The complex is clean and well maintained. The pool area, restaurant and beach are fantastic. It's quiet and open in comparison to all the other busy hotels down the beach. You can walk for hours down the beach in either direction. It is in a very safe gated community area in Nuevo Vallarta and a quick cab ride to Paradise Plaza for groceries and shopping. There are two tennis courts (with lights to play at night), ping pong tables, a very basic gym and even mini golf all free & available for you to use anytime. I shall miss the gorgeous view from the room, all the fabulous sunsets and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We would happily return again. Thanks Ricardo!

We found this unit online and had no difficulties communicating and setting up our time with the owners. The unit was was as indicated in the ad and had the added bonus of a washer and dryer, plus an extremely comfortable bed. The location is good for getting to Bucerias, and the bus to PV is right outside the front gate. The biggest plus for this unit are the owners Ricardo and Ana Lucia. You will not find better hosts, ambassadors for Mexico and you will leave with two new friends. They went beyond the role of landlords more than anyone could ask and made our stay seem like we were at home with family. Thank you again Ricardo and Ana Lucia. We will be back and are already referring friends.

We had a great, quiet stay Flamingos was very quiet it was like having our own private pool and beach almost every day. We stayed at the Flamingos Beach Resort in January of 2007 in a studio on the top floor. We found the building and property very clean and the owners very helpful (who live in the area). The complex is very quiet if you like that and it was never a problem getting a chair by the pool. We did alot of walking down to Paradise Village or walked up to Bucerius. The bus stops regularly across the road and about 30 minutes and you were in town. The unit has a washer/dryer or you can send your laundry out and it comes back the next day. You might want to take beach towels as we found the unit could use more towels. If you like tennis and boogie boarding also take that with you. Water in the really large bottle is available if you talk to the gate person and they will have it delivered. We backed it from town until we found out the last week. The sunsets were very beautiful at night and you could walk for miles on the beach especially at low tide. All in all this was a very great place to stay.

Ricardo and Ana Lucia were very accomodating to us during our 2 week stay. The studio apartment was adequate for our needs. I appreciated the use of the washer and dryer for our needs. The complex personnel and security officers were helpful in answering our questions and seeing to any concerns we may have had. We were able to catch the bus just across the street that took us to Walmart, Bucerias, Puerto Vallarta and Paradise Village. We hope to make future plans to stay at this beautiful, relaxing place in the sun.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Flamingos. The apartment had everything we needed. From the window we could enjoy the most spectacular sunsets every evening. The complex is very well maitained. The beach is the best in the Banderas Bay and you can walk for hours. Surfing is also very good. A great advantage is that Ricardo and Ana live nearby and are very helpful. We certainlu would recommen the studio.

My husband and I just returned from spending two weeks in this studio. As we made our arrangments we were immediately at ease with the owners. They were professional but friendly. Everything was as pictured and as promised. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. My husband did in fact love the mattress and we both loved being able to do laundry and cook. We very much enjoyed the family atmosphere. Our friends stayed at another resort and after a visit we were even more thrilled with our choice. The pace there was frentic,very crowded, with lots of people scurrying everywhere. It did not represent relaxation to us. We highly recommend the resort and the owners of our studio. We would plan our next trip around availability as we would not want to stay anywhere else.

This is a great studio condo with great ammenities. Very clean and modern. The beachfront and pools are outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Puerto or Nuevo Vallarta.

Hi there, Our family of three stayed at this beautiful studio from March 8 - 15 2006. It looked exactly as pictured on the website. The view was gorgeous and the apartment was clean and very modern. The bed was comfortable and our daughter said the same for the fold out sofa. For us this place was a great place because it enabled us to cook our own food most of the time. We ate out when we visited Bucerias (very close by) or PV (about 15 - 20 minutes cab ride). If you are looking for a party place this is not for you. If however you are looking for a very quiet place with beautiful beach and pools - and hardly any people - this is a perfect spot. The main expense you will incur staying here is the cost of taxis - however if you rent a car that wouldn't be an issue. The apartments are not well known - we had to keep telling the drivers that it was "next to the Riu Jalisco" to get back home. The mini golf was a big hit with our daughter and the gym was good too. The hot tubs were great in the evening - but the temperature wasn't always consistent. There is a good shopping mall close by (5 min drive) that had a supermarket and a few restaurants and fast food places (McD, Dominos, Subway) which is good when you have a small child. Going into Puerto Vallarta was awesome - we loved the Malecon and the Flea Market as well as Vegetarian Planet restaurant. So much fun. Overall... we would stay there again for sure! We had a marvellous time and it was great meeting Ana. She is delightful. Next time we look forward to meeting Ricardo.
