In five minutes, you can walk to one of the prettiest stretches of beach on the island. It is where the last lifeguard stand is located so you may join in on the fun up the beach or enjoy the less crowded beach below our access. There are excellent public facilities as you enter the boardwalk area and access to poolside restaurants and a bar, so you may stay the day without returning to the villa.
The famous Hilton Head bike paths run in four directions from the villa. (5 FREE BIKES FOR 3+ NIGHTS STAY, VALUED AT $150.00+)
You may also walk or bike to restaurants and activities at Coligny Circle or you can be at the Sea Pines Ocean Gate in about 5 minutes!

Charlie and I had been visiting Hilton Head Island early in our marriage and fell in love with it. We love that it is so close to Beaufort and Savannah and we love the wide beaches. More than that, we love to ride bikes. It was the right location for our girls from the start....They love to SHOP!!!!

We love the pool, the proximity to the ocean and the beach access amenities. We love the privacy of our complex and where our villa is in the complex. It is so quiet and peaceful there....when we're there I never want to leave....

Charlie and I have been managing property since 1992. I am a real estate broker and he is a mortgage banker. We have two daughters that keep us on the go when we are not working. We don't get to travel as much as we would like but when we do we really enjoy it. We live in a rural part of our county and enjoy the serenity and privacy that the country provides. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a blast. Only thing we would like different, which is out of your control, is more of a patio or balcony. With bikes, a grill, and a wagon there isn't much room to relax outside, but mainly because we are smokers and only smoke outside. We definantly will consider this condo for our vacation next year, the location and size of condo fit us well.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed here as they had a wagon and wifi. It may sound strange but we have twin toddlers and going to the beach would have been impossible without a wagon. The wifi was so handy to keep up with work while away. We added covers to the outlets while we were there and left them behind for future families to use. Our girls are busy bees and we have to child proof. The complex has a pool and we were the only ones at it. The property management team keeps the grounds looking good. It's a quick walk to the Marriott which has a quick mart with Starbucks, Wall Street Journal, and Pizza. Also a short walk to the Coligny mall where there is a grocery and places to eat. Great location and very clean! The unit is stocked well with bath towels. Do bring your own hair dryer and beach towels.

We had a lovely time. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The location was conviently located near the beach, sea pines and coligny, but still secluded. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Our family really enjoyed our time at HHI and at the condo. The accommodations were perfect for us. Especially loved the bikes. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again.
