We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just perfect! It was the perfect size for our family, 2 adults and 3 kids. We all enjoyed the big TV and having WIFI. Having the bikes and wagon to use was a major bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The villa is in such a great location on the island. We definitely plan to return.

We arrived the day before Easter and found the villa just as described in the ad - pictures were exactly what we found when we got there. I had 3 teenage girls with me for Spring Break and the room with the bunk beds was perfect for them along with their own bathroom. Everything was very user friendly, all passwords, lock combinations, etc were provided and we had no trouble at all with anything. The biggest plus was having 5 bikes ready for us to use without the extra expense of renting them daily. That was great - we used them alot to get around, beautiful little path to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and we certainly plan to use it again. Thanks so much for everything!!

Stayed at this very nice and very clean condo in January. The use of the bikes was a big plus since it is a short ride to the beach and the bike paths are really great all over, flat , curvy and made for a smooth adventure ride on the island. We were also real close by car to a traffic circle with many interesting shops and restuarants. TV's, wifi and games were for inside intertainment, which we enjoyed when the weather was cloudy. But a few hints. Be sure to get all the codes for door, bikes, passwords for wifi, TV parental unlock, etc before going. I had to bother the owners by phone several times for all this, but they were very polite and accomodating. Be prepared to climb a set of stairs to get into the 4 unit building and also remember to bring bottled water. Tap water had sulphur odor. Tennis courts are just around the corner. Our double bed was comfortable with nice linens and the other room had sleeping for 4 in bunk beds.So the website was accurate in all the details,and I would defintely stay there again because the location was great for the low rates.Check with owner about pets, as condo area has signs that said no dogs, so not really clear on the policy or if they are allowed on all areas of the near by beaches. The whole area was quiet and relaxing. We recommend stopping at Hudson's Seafood restaurant for good seafood and waterfront views.

I did want to clarify for our guests a couple of the issues you brought to our attention. With our check -in info that we email out to our guests, we include the codes for entry, wifi, bikes and the grill. Unfortunately we had an old email address we were using for you that we didn't know wasn't active so unfortunately we sent your check- in information to the old address. On the parental controls for the cable, a previous guest must've set those because we weren't aware of any controls being set until we heard from you. I apologize for any inconvenience that might have caused but that one was out of our control. The tap water at the beach, atleast on most islands is hardly ever good and unfortunately water on Hilton Head is no exception. Most of our guests do bring bottled water and it works out well. The complex does have a no pet policy but you will see owners on the island with their pets in quite a few places. Thanks for pointing out the great shopping nearby at Coligny and our great bike paths....We love Hudsons Seafood too! We hope to see you again at Lake Lure some time soon!

Great location and unit!

We are nearing the end of our vacation and we could not have been happier with this unit. The location is within biking distance from everything and the beach is incredibly close with nice access also. The unit itself is everything you need, we are a family of five and this unit was very comfortable for us. The bikes and grill are an added bonus that we have enjoyed. We will definitely be looking for this unit when we make it back to Hilton Head.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a blast. Only thing we would like different, which is out of your control, is more of a patio or balcony. With bikes, a grill, and a wagon there isn't much room to relax outside, but mainly because we are smokers and only smoke outside. We definantly will consider this condo for our vacation next year, the location and size of condo fit us well.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed here as they had a wagon and wifi. It may sound strange but we have twin toddlers and going to the beach would have been impossible without a wagon. The wifi was so handy to keep up with work while away. We added covers to the outlets while we were there and left them behind for future families to use. Our girls are busy bees and we have to child proof. The complex has a pool and we were the only ones at it. The property management team keeps the grounds looking good. It's a quick walk to the Marriott which has a quick mart with Starbucks, Wall Street Journal, and Pizza. Also a short walk to the Coligny mall where there is a grocery and places to eat. Great location and very clean! The unit is stocked well with bath towels. Do bring your own hair dryer and beach towels.

Our family really enjoyed our time at HHI and at the condo. The accommodations were perfect for us. Especially loved the bikes. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

We had a lovely time. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The location was conviently located near the beach, sea pines and coligny, but still secluded. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
