We can help with guided tours, bike and boat rentals if the need to venture out may arise. Fishermen will appreciate the fish and crab cleaning table on the dock and families also appreciate that the home is pet friendly so they can bring the family dog along! A visit to one of the nearby crab houses or seafood stops will complete your Eastern Shore experience

It had everything you could think of needing. I loved that we didn't need to caarry keys and could use the code box on front door. The only thing that I would love is a bigger swimming pool. With a couple of people in the pool there wasn't much room to move around.

Peaceful location, wonderfully furnished and equipped house that fit 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs with ease, great fishing and kayaking, glorious afternoons by the pool, fun exploring Blackwater on bikes, good weather (even the rain didn't dampen our spirits): we all had a great time! Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful week at Cedar Point. It started off a little crazy. We lost power in the wee hours of the night our first night there but can not say enough about Brandon from ESVR. He was great, considering we called at 3:30 in the morning. Thanks Brandon for all your help. Once we got past that the week was wonderful. The property is so beautiful! We enjoyed the pool, sitting out on the deck enjoying the amazing view and just relaxing. We loved the openness of the house and all the little extras the owners thought of to make our stay more enjoyable. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

Beautiful home and exactly as advertised. The convenience of the pool and dock was wonderful. Property was a little remote for my taste and most of downtown Cambridge looks like it has seen better days. Enjoyed siteseeing in St. Michaels and Oxford which were not that far away. Still it would have been nice to be closer to town. Overall I would recommend this house to someone who was looking to just relax and enjoy the peace, quiet and beautiful scenery.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Cedar Point. The property was ideal for two adults and one large dog. We enjoyed swimming - in the pool and Chesapeake, kayaking, canoeing, resting in the hammock and watching sunsets from the dock so much that we barely left the property. When we did leave it was for a nearby bicycle ride, run, walk or a feast of seafood. We hope to return and would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys the activities described.

What a wonderful home! We stayed last July and had the most wonderful family vacation we have ever had. The home, the furnishings, the privacy and the water were much better than we could have anticipated. We intend to return each summer and during the winter too! Our entire family loved it!
