This lovely Condo has cathedral ceilings with six remote-controlled sky lights, cherry hardwood floors, all new stainless GE Profile appliances, double oven, wine cooler, granite counter tops, gas fireplace, plasma HD flat-screen TV, TV's in every room with DVD players, IPOD speakers in each bedroom to hook up your own music, wireless internet, a bay window over-looking ocean with window seat... We will also supply beach tags, and beach equipment (beach toys, too, if desired.
The 55th Street beach provides a lifeguard during the summer season. If you like to walk the beach in the morning, how about stopping across the street to pick up some Mallon’s Sticky Buns and hot coffee? Or you can grab a quick sandwich right off the beach at lunch by going across the street to "Sack of Subs." In the evening, you and the family are a short block from "A la Mode" Ice Cream Parlor. The 55th Street Diner is down the street in case the call of pancakes and eggs get you past the sticky buns. There is a Blitz’s supermarket for any grocery shopping or convenience item needs. For those of you headed to the boardwalk, there is a trolley which stops outside our condo every half hour after 5 PM to take you to and from the boardwalk.
This lovely Condo is located at the south end of the island right next to Corson's State Park - which offers a bay with kayaking among other activities. The south end of the island is truly its own quiet community within the larger community of Ocean City.

Our family of 5 stayed here the first week of August 2010. The location could not have been any better. We were walking distance to a market, ice cream shop, sandwich shop, coffee and seafood. If we would have stayed 4 blocks in either direction we would have had to drive to all of the above. My husband joked that all he needed was his toothbrush since everything else was just outside the door. The condo is nicely stocked and everytime I thought I had forgotten something it was in the drawers, ex: wine corker, windex, salt and pepper. Bill and Laura could not have been nicer and I would not hesitate to rent this location again in the future. My 3 kids had enough room to spread out and the vicinity to the beach was incredible. The best part was the private deck with a steady breeze that kept us cool on a really hot day..
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My family (3 kids included) stayed here for 2 weeks from July 11 to July 25. We absolutely loved it. Bill and Laura could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable and the location could not be better. We would highly recommend this holiday for anyone who enjoys "the ideal holiday"

We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful beachfront condo. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The condo was very well maintained with first class furnishings and all mod cons from plasma televisions in each room to high speed internet access. A great location in the upscale part of Ocean City, a very quiet neighborhood at night to a lovely, lively life guarded beach during the day. You are literally twenty paces from the beach. You can get great take out food from Sac O' Subs, Mikes Seafood and the A La Mode ice cream parlor which are situated across the street from the Condo and there are good restaurants just a short drive away. We particularly liked the Tuckahoe Inn and the Deauville Inn. We ventured one night to Atlantic City, but we think this is not really a place for kids and we were more than happy to return to our haven in Ocean City. The famous Ocean City boardwalk is not as upscale as the location of this condo but our kids did enjoy the water park that was on the boardwalk. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Condo or any other property rented out by the owners.

When asked what he wanted for Christmas this year, my husband replied...." some time away where the two of us can relax!" From the moment I first inquired about this beautiful get-away, I knew relaxation was headed our way! Laura answered all my questions, made our reservation process a breeze and provided special care to make sure everything we needed was at our fingertips! The home is perfect with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck and livingroom to the custom kitchen with all the finest appliances. We loved every minute.. and what's even better, my husband has already asked for his gift for next Christmas.. The same as this one.. a get away to "our beachfront condo!" so I've already finished my Christmas shopping!

My husband and I rented this condo for the weekend in February, 2008. We just wanted to have a relaxing and kid-free weekend. The condo was very nice and very cozy. Beautifully decorated - beachy! Top of the line kitchen. Laura and Bill made us feel at home there. Through our phone conversations and e-mails - Laura was very easy going and pleasant to talk to. Thank you for making our stay very relaxing.
