  Family had a very good vacation. Home was comfortable and convenient . Both golf courses were great as were tennis courts and beaches. The check in process on day 1 was a nightmare. Owner did not communicate with front gate as to our arrival So our entry passes for vehicles were not ready. We had to chase down owners to make this happen. This took several hours. I would recommend communicating directly with owners several weeks before arrival.

  The listing was totally accurate and the property was more than we expected. The location was perfect for beach, pool, golf, and cycling. Cannot wait to return for another vacation.

  What a fabulous get-away. I went with 3 other women and we had a great time! The home had plenty of space to cook, relax, have fun. We used the golf cart to explore the island and enjoyed seeing the deer roaming free. We actually had a deer eat right out of our hand! Great place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Don't plan on having 5 star local restaurants though. It's a bit of a drive (30 min) for nicer eateries and stores.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The #2 and #18 tee box of the Davis Love course are right out the front door. I walked 9 holes every evening. The marina you can see from the back porch and is a short golf cart (included) ride away. You can rent a Carolina Skiff an you are on top of some of the best fishing in the Low Country!!!

  I stayed there with 2 other couples (and kids) for a long weekend and the house worked out great. House had a golf cart and we rented another. We went into Beaufort for dinner one night, but mostly cooked at the house. The kitchen and grill set up have everything you need. Great golf. Preferred Ocean Creek to Ocean Point. Ocean Creek is also right out the front door of this house which is a plus.

  Great house on a great island! Beautiful view of the marsh for early evening cocktails. Easy golf cart ride to the beach and pool, too. Plenty of room for our family, and the new carpet looks great! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

  We've stayed at this home at least 7 or 8 times. The house is well decorated and spacious. Friends always want to congregate at our house when we stay there. The views out the back overlooking the marsh are gorgeous--any time of the year! The owners are very nice to deal with. It is wonderful to have the golf cart come with the house and not have to deal with picking one up and dropping it off when coming in for short periods.

  The house is as beautiful as described in the listing and shown in the pictures, and the views are indeed spectacular, out onto the marshlands in the back, (especially at sunset), and the golf course in front. It is an easy walk to the beach, though there is a golf cart. The island abounds with wildlife, deer are as common as squirrels and we saw alligators lazing in the sun. Jill was a most helpful owner in answering our questions, (she responded almost immediately to any and all queries), and when there was a problem, (a leaking garbage disposal unit), she arranged for a plumber immediately. We stayed for three months and loved every minute. We would have no problem recommending this property.
