Fripp Island and this condo both more than met our expectations. The setup is very nice, especially the view of the Marsh from the screened deck. The condo was clean and appears to be well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Make sure you visit Hunting Island when you go.

WE HAD A BLAST STAYING AT THIS CONDO. AS THE OTHERS HAD SAID THE OWNER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO FRIPP, BUT WE HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME WE PLAN ON RETURNING SOON. March Vacation

We just got back from a great week at Fripp. We loved our stay, and the condo was everything promised. The view of the marshes from the screened porch was always interesting, and a great place to have our morning coffee. The location is perfect, right next to the racquet club, and across the street from the beach club. The condo is nicely decorated, with comfortable furniture and beds. All the necessities were available in the kitchen, and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Once we bought groceries, the condo contained everything else that we needed. We found absolutely no negatives with the unit, and we will be thrilled to return. The owners were delightful to work with, and our entire experience was outstanding. We would highly reccomend Fripp and this particular unit to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Unit was very well maintained. Owner was fabulous to work with. The description was accurate and photos are accurate. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay at Fripp.

Great location, needs upgrades

We enjoyed being across the street from the beach and one of the island's pools, but this condo needs some upgrades in the kitchen. The toaster did not work at all and the appliances (ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffeemaker) were so old we were afraid to run them while we were out. Pots and pans are mismatched; there are few serving bowls or platters. This wouldn't be a big deal if Fripp had more options for eating out, but it's the kind of place you have to cook a lot! Also, the owners need to give instructions for checking out. We were not sure what we needed to do before leaving (take out trash, remove bed linens, turn up A/C).

Owner response:I guess dealing with our first negative response in Five years was not a surprise. I know that there were a couple of things that took place during their week that I instantly responded to.As far as the ice Maker and refridgerator they are brand new. The washer and dryer are less than a year old.Fripp Island is quiet and checking out is as simple as locking the door and saying goodbye.
