Great location, close enough to walk to town, park, sunset, stores, dining, bars, pool, bike-scooter rental. Condo was quiet and clean and had everything needed. Rental details went smoothly. Nice surprise-- Coast Guard Cutter Museum just down the street. Everyone pleasent and friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed in this wonderful unit and sincerely enjoyed our time there. The location is great, within walking distance of everything. It has everything you need/expect, grill, dishwasher, etc., etc., but what we really appreciated were the personal touches. This is no sterile cookie cutter condo with the usual bad sea shell prints you find all over Florida. From the moment you walk into a hallway lined with portraits of Irish author's, you feel the owner's have left behind a little bit of Ireland just for you. This condo is unique, bright, cheerful and I will book it again for my next trip to Key West.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

"Great Location" The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and with an incredible location close to down town and local grocery shops. Renting this property was a great decision as it comes with access to swimming pool which was great for the kids.

We have been visiting KW for over 30 years. This was our 1st time renting in Truman Annex. What a mistake. This unit was lovely(decorations, etc) location to everything PERFECT, but company that manages this ppty should be fired. The list is too long to highlight all that went wrong with this unit. I thought we were on Candid Camera. While there, the upstairs unit underwent a total renovation for 9 days (8am til after 5pm). It sounded like the roof was falling through. Truman Annex Assn. didn't care and told us so. If anyone is considering renting in Truman Annex, #1 Rent a unit WITHOUT an upstairs unit. #2make sure no renovations will be happening while you are there. #3What recourse if all goes wrong.

Cheers………….Mimi and John This customer did experience a few minor maintenance issues all of which were fixed in a timely manner, within a couple of hours at the most. They were offered a few extra days free of charge because of the work going on in the upstairs apartment. Unfortunately this was something we had no control over. This work has been finished. These customer's spend a great deal of time at the property due to the Husband's disability so the work going on in the Upstairs apartment bothered them more than a typical guest.
