Our condominium home is a non-smoking, no pets, poolside, and courtyard view, three level townhouse. The two bedrooms, two and a half bath home has a total 1280 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Each bedroom has its own television and recently remodeled bath, and there is a powder room located near the kitchen and living room.
Our home is completely furnished with linens, dishes, small appliances, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, color television (three), VCRs, and DVD players and a private two-car garage. All utilities and monthly cleaning service are included in the rental fee. Applicable 9% taxes are additional.
The best of Florida is accessible within driving distance of Spyglass. Located within 10 miles of I-95, this beachside paradise is within a short drive of St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. The history of St. Augustine is captivating and the many fine restaurants located within the city will please the most discriminating palette. Jacksonville, Daytona Beach and Orlando are all within an hour’s drive. Golf, sports activities and shopping are easily accessible.
Spyglass is a unique 48 unit complex located between the Atlantic Ocean and the inter-coastal waterway. Crescent Beach is ideal for walking, playing or just watching. Our beach is wide and the sand is soft and warm. We are confident that any time you spend on the beach, or in our home, will be relaxing. Lots more photos available!
