You will love the Private Championship golf course, professionally designed with five tee box placements, aquatic driving range including separate chipping and putting greens.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with matching dresser and night stands, TV with cable and windows overlooking lake and preserve. Master bath is luxurious, with large vanity and double sinks, large shower with bench and huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds, matching dresser and night stands with window and walk-in-closet. Second bath has full size tub and shower. The living room is furnished with love seat, pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2, golf design coffee table and TV with cable and VCR,12-foot glass slider that opens all to one side onto the lanai. There is both a formal dining area for 6 and an eating area off the kitchen sitting 4. There is a pool with a sauna, and barbeque grills within one-hundred feet of the front door.

The smoke-free unit is completely furnished from linens to towels to a fully equipped kitchen, you will need to bring nothing but yourselves, golf clubs, and swim suits, everything else is provided.
The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are only a 15 minute drive away, or you may choose to relax at the private neighborhood pool only one minute away. Great restaurants are plentiful in the area such as Roy's, Bonefish Grill, The Chop Steak House and many more. Nearby shopping includes the brand new Coconut Point Shopping complex,which contains over 1.8 million square feet of speciality stores, department stores, bookstores, entertainment venues, plus dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful Mediterranean-style open-air pedestrian environment. Also, enjoy shopping at the beautiful MIROMAR OUTLETS and the upscale Promenade.
Downtown Naples is about a 20 minute drive and has more shops and restaurants such as Zens for sushi and Pazzo for great Italian.
A $238.50 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non refundable application fee gives you and another guest unlimited golf for a small fee ($50 per round in season, including golf cart), this includes an eighteen-hole championship golf course, designed by Gordon Lewis (with five sets of tees), practice range, swimming pool, fitness center, plus clubhouse restaurant with food and beverage service, pro shop and tennis facilities. Golf carts are equipped with GPS Systems. You will also have reciprocal golf privileges at other area courses from May to October.
