Nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the end of Eugenia Ave.east beach (450 Sea Rocket Court), this cottage located yards from the beach is the ideal family beach retreat! The cottage is equipped with wireless high speed internet. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen and third bedroom two twins.
Adults and children can pursue their own interests with Kiawah renowned tennis and golf programs, 30 miles of bike trails, 10 miles of beach, nature oriented programs, nightly family entertainment and special holiday celebrations at Night Heron Park (5 min. walk). Casual and fine dining is available on the island (the Sanctuary, 10 mns. walk). Fresh Fields, a shopping village at the entrance of the island offers restaurants and convenient shopping for all your needs. A new bike trail has been opened to access Fresh Fields by bike ( 7 miles round trip!). If you wish, you can park your car, discover the island by walking or biking.
Our professional housekeeping service uses only EPA registered green cleaning products and hypoallergenic vacuum equipment.
We do not offer our guests pool access!

We have stayed at this cottage before. We were very happy to be back this year. The property is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is nicely appointed with all the necessities. The new front loading washer and dryer make laundry on vacation a snap! There are hair dryers in both bathrooms which was very convenient. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD player for a relaxing movie night. The cottage location just can't be beat. It is minutes from the beach, market, golf courses, bicycle paths & park. We would definitely recommend this cottage to family & friends.

Relaxing Spring Break

We had a wonderful Spring Break with our family of two teenagers and a 3 year old. The home was just like the photos. Very neat, clean and well stocked. It is a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach on the island. We biked on the beach and trails, spent days on the beach and drove into Charleston ( a 30 minute drive) for a plantation tour and good restaurants. We enjoyed the screened porch and played card games more than once during the week. The owners were very helpful with all our questions beforehand and even while we were there. I would recommend bringing or renting bikes for your stay. The home was very comfortable and kid friendly. Especially the beds!

Couldn't have had a better beach vacation than we had in Kiawah! The house was perfect for me and my friends - nicely furnished, very clean, and extremely comfortable - couldn't have been any better! Very close to the beach and some scenic walking/biking very close by as well. I'll definitely be going back to Kiawah and will use this house when I do!

I've stayed at this house multiple times and always loved it. It is perfect for a relaxing week with friends and/or family. Location is ideal - just a minute to walk to an awesome beach that is never crowded. Bike paths are also near by, and definitely should be taken advantage of. The house itself has a great screened-in porch so meals can be enjoyed outside. I had no complaints and highly recommend it!

I stayed at this house last summer with my family and we loved it! You can't beat the location for the price. It took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach and we were just a short bike ride away from Night Heron Park. Kiawah is an amazing place and I would definitely stay here again!
