Located on the north end of Half Moon Bay, this ocean front Condo is within the highly rated La Sirena Condominium complex and is the perfect place to enjoy a tranquil, tropical get-away.

Step outside into the warmth of the Caribbean sun and see why Akumal is the jewel of the Mayan Riviera. Just a few steps from the condo enjoy the white sand beach and be amazed by the turquoise waters of Half Moon Bay.

Spectacular coral formations and exotically colored fish await you as you snorkel the calm, clear water. Back on the beach, enjoy the shade under a thatched palapa roof or relax and unwind with a margarita by the courtyard pool found in a tropical garden setting.

Inside, you will appreciate this Condo's floor to ceiling windows which give you an incredible view of the bay. The Condo is approximately 1500 square feet and has two bedrooms, each with very comfortable king-size beds. The Master Bedroom has a large in-suite bathroom with a Mexican tiled tub/shower. The Guest bedroom also has its own full size bathroom. Guests can relax on their own private terrace overlooking the tropical garden and pool while enjoying a siesta in the hammock.

The kitchen has a large pass-through window to the covered outdoor patio and a breakfast bar with bar stools. The Mayan glass top dining table seats up to six persons. The owner loves to cook and hopes you will enjoy her fully stocked kitchen. Purified water is provided.

The covered patio faces Half Moon Bay and is a great place to sit and relax.

The unit is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in each bedroom, living area and dining room. To make your vacation even more enjoyable, daily maid service is provided - so call it a week and dont think about doing the dishes! The owners have made sure that you thoroughly enjoy your vacation by providing everything you need and more in this well equipped and tastefully decorated Condo.

The Village of Akumal is just one hour south of the Cancun Airport. Akumal is the home of Centro Ecologico de Akumal CEA, a group dedicated to environmental-marine research, education and sea turtle protection. In Maya, Akumal means "place of the turtles", which is appropriate for the beach at Half Moon Bay as Giant sea turtles return yearly to lay their eggs in the sand of this crescent bay.

The condo is close to all the best beach side restaurants and bars in Akumal. There are a variety of unique gift shops, dive shops and grocery stores to make your stay both convenient and fun filled.

  • I recently stayed at this lovely condo on a girl’s trip. It accommodated 5 girls comfortably. Each room had its own air conditioner, which was nice and cool. I did like the fact that during the day, you could open all the windows and patio doors front to back, and enjoy the tropical breeze and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen had everything you would need. Bottled water was constantly provided. We enjoyed the huge window in front of the kitchen sink, that we left open most of the time and was handy for refreshing the margarita glasses. Everything was super clean. We had the same housekeeper daily and she took care of us and even did our dishes. We stopped at the grocery store in town and bought breakfast items and tequila and beer. That was a pretty good little store. I t had a large frozen food section and enough of everything we needed. The owner provided a list of her families favorite restaurants. Most were outdoor seating and we were all ways in our bathing suits. I was very surprised at the good quality of food. One place had amazing pasta.We had pizza delivered one night and it was good. We ate out for every meal, drank everything with ice, and no one in our party ever got sick. I have gotten sick at a 5 star in Cancun before. Speaking of getting sick, of all the people we met there, no one even knew of anyone ever getting swine flu, and a lot of the folks in this town stay there a good part of the year/season. Right out side our door we went snorkeling. Five steps and you are in the ocean. There were many different swimming beaches close by. You can walk to town, but we had a rent car ,which was very handy and I do recommend it. If you want a massage, there is a place in town that the neighbor next door recommended and he said was good. I bought a nice hand woven bag, not your typical curio. in the village, at an artisan's boutique. It has become my purse of choice for the summer and I get compliments every day. . We have been going to Mexico for 30 years, usually to Playa del Carmen. Most everything is now all- inclusive, and has gotten more expensive, and we just tired of the same buffet every meal. I had never tried a condo before and the experience was much better. It helped that the owner was great to work with! My husband just informed me that he was ready for a beach trip, and I am booking our next trip in this condo again.

  • Recently returned from 5 fabulous days in this condo. Very comfortable and stylish. It has everything you need, with the best view of the bay possible. I'd highly recommend this condo to anyone headed to Akumal.

  • We have been going to Akumal almost every year since 1994 and have stayed in many different condos. This condo has become our favorite for many reasons. Great location, beautifully furnished, best equipped kitchen yet and very helpful owner. Beach towels provided so we didn't have to pack ours. Snorkling a few steps away, A/C effective, very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for two couples. We'll be going back.
