The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Convenient to everything in Steamboat! When staying at Saddle Creek you can walk, ride your bike or take the FREE shuttle anywhere in town. You could go the entire week and never have to get behind the wheel of a car! The shuttle ride to go skiing takes 5-7 minutes (dropped off at gondola). Less than 1 mile from the townhome is a movie theatre, grocery store, several restaurants, the Yampa river/Fetcher pond to go fishing, ride your bike to the local trails, everything is easy to get to!

I loved visiting Steamboat Springs so much after purchasing a condo in town, that I decided to become a year round resident! So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town. We had a wonderful stay at Saddlecreek residence. Kitchen was very well equipped which is important to me. The bedroom set up was great since we have a young grandbaby. The residence is roomy with wonderful views.

Property was accurately represented and well furnished. Hot tub was especially nice and the unit had good views of the ski mountain. Bus stop was 1-2 minute walk up the street and one of the first stops on the way back from Gondola center (which was nice when returning from days on the mountain).
