The white powder sands of the Gulf of Mexico are only a few feet away. Watch the sun rise and set from your spacious third floor balcony. No expense is spared for your well deserved vacation. We are the first unit on the third floor so it is very close to the elevator.
Professionally decorated and accessorized with upscale furnishings to ensure your vacation is the BEST EVER. Custom-made designer fabrics are used throughout this two bedroom unit. The living room and kitchen have faux finished walls and each room has hand-painted murals on the walls and ceiling fans to match the decor. Our guest book tells us that our guests don't want to go home after staying with us. They tell us that it is the most relaxing and beautiful unit in which they have ever stayed.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the den couch is a queen bed.
Our NEW kitchen will host a gourmet cook everything she/he wants, with many spices. This unit features a high chair for babies and even a portable crib. All NEW appliances you need and you can cook gumbo in the large pots or bake a cake. Rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and table with six chairs on the patio with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The property is well maintained and there is an onsite manager available Monday thru Friday to answer any questions you might have about the facilities and the surrounding area. There is also a guard service eight hours each day.
To be added to rental rate a cleaning fee $125.00, 11% lodging tax, max 2 car per unit. We do require a $200.00 security deposit. OUR CONDO IS SMOKE FREE & NO PETS ALLOW!!

We had a most enjoyable , restful week at your place. Everything was just perfect. Since I am a clean freak, was so impressed that everything was spotless. I am always concerned about the beds, but yours were great!!! I would definitely visit again. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home away from home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We came across this hidden gem a few years ago now we wont stay anywhere else. We found the restaurants plentiful,people very friendly and the condo is dreamlike. From the balcony view to the beach to the sauna, steamroom, indoor pool and tennis courts everything right there. We even kicked backed and BBQ on the pit just Yards away from the stairs leading up two flights to our condo. the smell of cajun food filled the complex. If I had a dollar for everyone passing by commenting how good it smelled it could have paid for the trip.WE WILL RETURN. We liked it so much we are now working with a realitor to purchase one in the same complex. Thanks again for a memorable experience.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our stay in June was our second time to stay here in the last 3 years. We love the complex. The view is beautiful, always shady. The codo has easy access from the stairs. Up 2 flights and your right at the door which we love instead of waiting on elevators!! The room is very clean and updated with everything you need. Both times we stayed there our experience was wonderful. We look forward to staying there again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We just returned from our vacation. Just wanted to let you guys know how much we enjoyed our time in your Beautiful condo. We went with a group of 41 people and your condo was by far the nicest condo in our group. The spices in the kitchen are very nice for cooking your own meals. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever had in a condo and we have been going to the beach for vaccation for 15 yrs. the complex is very nice and conveniet to the stores and restraunts. The condo was very clean on our arrival. And very well maintained. It has a homey feel to it that just makes you relax when you walk in the door.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Let me begin by saying "Thank You!" for allowing us to be guests in your beautiful condo this past week. We had a marvelous time and were truly spoiled by having such a gorgeous place to stay in while we were in Orange Beach. The pictures on your website really did do it justice and the view!! We spent every morning and evening sitting on the balcony just drinking in the sights and smells of the ocean. Living in St Louis smack dab in the middle of America couldn't be farther from the coasts and we really relished the ocean and the sounds of the surf. The weather was truly magnificent for most of the time, it was great to be in the warm sun. I appreciate staying in such an inviting place and try hard to leave it that way when we leave. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home for a week and are already thinking about coming back and re-renting again in the future. Thank you, again, for your hospitality and use of your condo. It made our vacation truly wonderful and one we will remember for a long time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Exactly what we were looking for and needed! The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully! The paintings on the wall were beautiful! My girls really enjoyed the indoor pool, only if the outside one was a bit chilly. There are 2 outdoor pools, plenty of seating around each one. The beach is beautiful white fluffy sand. We played put-put right across the street, no car needed! They also had go karts, indoor gaming, bumper boats and paddle boats. Awesome! Walmart market was our store of choice, less than a mile away. The pictures of the owners grandkids are a great touch too. We truly enjoyed your vacation home. Thank you! The condo was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. "The VIEW is Amazing" On the website it almost looks fake. We know why now, it's almost too good to be true. Adventure Island across the street from condo was great our kids loved it. We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful beach home. You were wonderful to speak to over phone. We are still here in your beautiful condo and loving every minute. I highly recommend staying in this super clean and totally updated condo. Thank you for the yummy donuts that greeted us and we really appreciate the laundry soap for our use. Can't think of any negatives about this condo at all - the view is spectacular and the beds are wonderfully comfortable (King and Queen).
