The white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are only a few feet away. Watch the sun rise and set from your spacious third floor balcony. This unit is furnished with luxurious appointments not typically found in any vacation condo. No expense is spared for your well deserved vacation. We are the first unit on the third floor so it is very close to the elevator.
Professionally decorated and accessorized with upscale furnishings to ensure your vacation is the BEST EVER. Custom-made designer fabrics are used throughout this two bedroom unit. The den and kitchen have faux finished walls and each room has hand-painted murals on the walls and ceiling fans to match the decor. Our guest book tells us that our guests don't want to go home after staying with us. They tell us that it is the most relaxing and beautiful unit in which they have ever stayed.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed in it. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the den couch is a queen bed. The comfortable beds allow you to drift off to sleep while listening to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach.
The kitchen will host a gourmet cook everything she wants. This unit features a high chair for babies and even a portable crib. All appliances are brand new and you can cook gumbo in the large pots or bake a cake. Rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and table with six chairs on the patio round out your breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The interior was designed, focusing on sparing nothing for your relaxing vacation. Last season, every day was booked so be sure to reserve your time early so that you have a better chance to get your preferred dates. To be added to rental rate a cleaning fee $105.00, 11% lodging tax, max 2 car per unit. We do require a $200.00 security deposit.

- Air Conditioning: Brand new air-conditioning and heating system.
- Washer: Washer is furnished.

- Linens Provided: Beds are extremely comfortable for that great nights sleep. All linens are provided for your stay with us.
- Garage: Outside parking for two cars per condo and a $20.00 parking pass for each car is charged.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: May be done from November thru first of March with a $15.00 parking pass.
- Elevator: We are the first unit off of the elevator on the third floor.

- King Bed: We provide the best matresses that money can buy. They also have foam rubber pads next to the matress with thick wool matress pads. Velux blankets are included.
- Queen Bed: We have one in the guest bedroom with the same amenities as the king. There is also a queen matress on the sofa sleeper.

- Crib: We provide a portable crib for babies and a nice highchair.

- Cable/Satellite TV: You may also buy pay-per-view movies and none are x rated. This is a family oriented complex.

- Shared Pool (3) : We have a very large pool that can be seen from our balcony. We also have another pool around our building and an indoor heated pool that is heated year round for our guests to enjoy.
- Sauna: We have a great new sauna and a brand new steam room attached to the side of the sauna. We have restrooms and dressing areas located in this area with new showers provided for our guests.
- Kitchen
- Full Kitchen: We provide a full kitchen for our guests even an ice cream maker. There is every size pot to cook with and any kitchen item that you can imagine. All seasonings for cooking are also included. Coffee maker so you can sip coffee from your balcony. Rise early & watch the sun come up over the Gulf of Mexico.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: Don't bring a thing to cook with. We even have iron skillets for corn bread or frying fish.
- Refrigerator: Has an ice maker and water in the door.
- Dishwasher: Has new dishwasher.
- Microwave: We have a new microwave over the new stove.

- Catering Available: You can look in the local phone book and have your meals catered to you or watch a chef cook in our condo for you.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: No gas grills are allowed on the balcony.
- Charcoal BBQ Grill: Located on our complex near our elevator for easy access is a charcoal BBQ grill.
- Deck/Patio
- Balcony (2) : We have lounge chairs, swival chairs, and rockers on our balcony. Hurricane shutters to make the rooms very dark for great sleeping in the mornings.
- View/Location
- Beach View: You can see the beach from our living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. You can also see the huge outdoor pool from our balcony.
- Ocean View: The reason we bought this condo was for the view. It is just breathtaking from our balcony.

- Telephone (4) : We have two cordless phones and phones by each bed and two other cordless phones.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): FREE WIRELESS INTERNET for all renters.
- Other Amenities
- Sorry No Pets, NO Smoking, and must be 25 or older. Our tennis courts and pools are open until 11:00 PM in the summer.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Only owners are allowed to bring their pets. If a renter is caught with one, you will have to board it. No Exceptions
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): There are marked handicap spots available in the front of each parking lot.

- Kid Friendly: The kids love our complex. We can see them playing off of our balcony in the beautiful green grass areas. Adventure Land is right across the street. The new Wharf has opened in Orange Beach with great shops, a huge ferris wheel, concerts in their park, nail shops, and great places to eat. We have a new shopping center on Hwy 59 locate next door to Super Target, Bed, Bath, & Beyond. There is putt putt golf, amusement parks, water parks and rides, a great zoo, featured on the Animal Channel. The kids love all three of our pools and our shuffle board courts or a game of tennis.

- We have two outdoor pools, one heated pool, sauna, steam room, new state of the art workout facilities, four lighted tennis courts, and security on the property. We are right next to grocery stores, places to dine, and lots of great shopping complexes. We also have the Tanger Outlet Mall that has over 150 stores. Don't miss the new Malbis upscale shops and outlet on I-10 before you get to the beaches exit. Our complex is a great place for families and we also feature a brand new clubhouse with a full kitchen for large parties or just re-unions. You will never find a greater place to vacation than our condo. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are one of the top ten destinations in the United States to vacation. June 27- July 4th We had a great vacation and will plan on staying in your unit again. We have visited many times and we think your condo was the BEST we've EVER stayed in.
