The home includes central two-zone air conditioning; hardwood floors throughout with Berber-carpeted bedrooms; a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, beautiful cherry cabinets and stainless steel appliances; a living room with wood burning fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and hidden audio visual center with cable television, DVD player and stereo; heated tile floors in all four bathrooms; cozy second floor loft area with sofa and another television; a screened sunroom overlooking backyard; a 14x15 hardwood backyard deck with patio furniture and Weber gas grill; an outside enclosed shower adjacent to deck; attached two car garage with automatic door opener and separate entry way into house; new washer and dryer in first floor laundry room; and central vacuum system.
The house sleeps eight people comfortably in four fully-furnished bedrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a wonderful tiled shower. The master bedroom and bathroom have views of the beautifully landscaped yard and serene wooded areas surrounding the house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with one queen bed each, and one bedroom with two twin beds that is perfect for kids. All of the upstairs bedrooms have tranquil views of the wooded areas surrounding the house. There is also a cozy loft area upstairs with a sofa and a second television. There are two full baths upstairs, separate from the bedrooms, and an additional half bath downstairs.

We stayed here in August 2011 with our three young boys. The house is beautiful and configured nicely for a family. The backyard is private (we had breakfast out there in our pajamas), with lovely flowers. Our boys could bike on the dead-end street. The kitchen and baths are lovely, as is the outdoor shower. It is well-situated near ponds, beaches and stores. We've been renting in Wellfleet for 8 years and this is the nicest house we've had by far.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have summered at this house for the past two years and anxiously look forward to another visit this year. It is so beautiful and so well-maintained and located, it is just ideal. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the house is well-laid out and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. We come with our two children and the grandparents and there is enough space and adequate privacy for everyone. The owners are very accommodating and helpful as well. I have recommended this house to another family, and they stayed here early last fall and had a great time too.
