Our Palace Resort #2013 condo is 2BR/2BA, recently refurnished with a spectacular panoramic view of ocean from 20th floor. With a spacious 1000 square feet, it includes a den, master bedroom, second bedroom & 2 oceanfront/oceanview balconies. Sleeps 6 on 3 beds. 1 new queen bed in master bedroom added 10/10, 2 new twin beds added in second bedroom in 2011, and one new double sleeper sofa in den. Our Palace Resort #2013 condo is located about one mile from the new 1-mile MB oceanfront Boardwalk, New Market Commons beside MB International airport, which is a huge shopping and retail area featuring places like Tommy Bahama Cafe, PF Cheng's China Bistro, Ultimate California Pizza, Grand 14 Cinema, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, etc. Broadway at the Beach, House of Blues, etc. is also easily accessible, as well as Ripley's Believe it Or Not Aquarium, and tons of other attractions. Barefoot Landing in NMB is about 20 miles from the resort.

Condo was nice. View was incredible. Homeowner was good to work with. We will probably rent from them again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
