El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Se encuentra situado a las afueras del centro pero cerca se pueden coger medios de transporte muy cómodos con los que enseguida se llega a las zonas estratégicas de la ciudad. A pocos minutos hay una gran variedad de supermercados y sitios para comprar comida. Está en un barrio tranquilo, no muy lejos del palacio de Sissi, al que se puede llegar rápidamente cogiendo un tranvia. A la vuelta del edificio se coge el tranvia 49 que en 15 o 20 minutos te deja en el centro de Viena al lado del Parlamento. También se puede ir a coger el metro cuya estación está a unos 5 minutos del apartamento. Viena tiene una red de transporte que funciona estupendamente.
