Tucked away on a picturesque cove at the north end of pristine Conway Lake, this family owned and operated “mini-resort” is located just 5 minutes from North Conway, New Hampshire. Conveniently located though away from it all, we are the perfect resort for couples, friends, family reunions or a group of up to 5 families. We offer 5 (1 or 2 bedroom) cottages on a private sandy beach, situated on pristine Conway Lake.
The cottages are located on several acres in a lovely old pine grove, adjacent to the lake. Each cottage includes: full kitchen, bath, living room with fireplace, and screened porch with rockers and lake views. Outside your cottage, you will have private parking, picnic table, hammock and a gas grill.
You will enjoy private dock and beach access to scenic Conway Lake, with the main body of the lake just a short paddle or boat ride away. We provide 2 kayaks, 2 row boats and a canoe for your enjoyment, but you are also welcome to bring your own boat. Take a picnic lunch and paddle out to one of the many small islands that dot the lake. The lake, beautiful year round, offers excellent boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming, snowmobiling, skiing, hunting and an active waterfowl/wildlife population.
The views from the center of the lake are nothing short of spectacular! With sweeping views from as far north as Mount Washington to as far south as Mount Chocorua, you’ll want to bring your camera! You can snowmobile, snowshoe or cross-country ski right out your front door - or simply relax and swim at our private beach (depending on the season, of course!)! Well behaved dogs may bring their humans! The perfect vacation setting for any season! Come join us!

My wife and I stayed at Conway Lakeside Cottages for our anniversary. We had a great experience! The cottage was clean and neat, the hosts were friendly and gracious, and the location was fabulous! Our cottage was right on the lake! There was plenty to do during the day (canoeing, paddle boats, pontoon boat, and beach) and a nice outdoor area to enjoy the New Hampshire evenings! Also, It was nice being off the beaten path yet only being a short drive to the North Conway Shopping. We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

One of our favorite long weekend getaway spots. Charming interior with many conveniences right on the lake. Close to shopping and other places we wanted to visit in the area while offering some privacy (not a touristy feel) for our family vacation. Even looked out the window one morning to see a moose in the yard!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
