The Pearson Point 1895 House is a charming victorian cottage on Little Sodus Bay with access to Lake Ontario. The cottage boasts spectacular sights from all sides. Wake in the Master Bedroom to sweeping water views, and enjoy morning coffee on the enclosed porch. Situated in the quaint village of Fair Haven, New York, this idyllic spot is 35 miles north of the New York Thruway.
Watch the sun rise and set from the screened-in porch, open porches or from the privacy of the living and dining rooms or master bedroom. Lake Ontario sunsets are ranked second in the world (Japan is first). Swim, fish, boat and enjoy the sights from your own dock. Tour the bay and lake by boat, kayak, jet ski, or canoe in summer, by foot, snowshoe, or cross-country skis in winter. And if fishing is your thing, this is the place to be. Lake Ontario is famous for its world-class fishing and fishing tournaments. Don't forget to pack your ice fishing equipment if you come in winter.
The year-round 1800 square foot cottage sleeps seven: three bedrooms with queen, double, double and single, and den. Completely modernized kitchen, dine out, or pack a picnic lunch for a day at the beach. Sunbathe, party, and roast marshmallows on the large on-the-water patio. Seasonal village activities include boat tours, parades, craft fairs, concerts in the park, and more.

The cottage was bright, cheerful and clean. The location is perfect for maximal relaxation; beautiful sunsets. Large picture windows and porch. Fair Haven is quaint and cute. Close to Oswego and Sterling. The cottage has all the conveniences to provide for a comfortable stay. We definitely will be returning this Summer.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
