A comfortable, homey retreat minutes from the best skiing in the world! From the deck and private hot tub you have scenic views of the Beaver Creek ski slopes, the town of Avon and Nottingham Lake.

One bedroom Condo with a queen-size bed. Living room has a moss rock wood burning fireplace (wood furnished) and a sofa sleeper for two and satellite TV/VCR/DVD. ,Kitchen, 2 small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, plus small electrical appliances. Den has sofa, comfortable, ample seating, dining table w/captains chairs,Stereo CD player.
Newer construction and fixtures. Plenty of closet space! A deck assesible from Master Bedroom as well as Hot tub room, the hot tub is private for the use of that unit only. The New Washer/Dryer
is for the use of that unit only.

  • My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week this summer and had a wonderful stay. The condo is convenient to all activities in the Vail/Beaver Creek area. The condo was clean and comfortable. The homemade muffins were awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

  • We had a wonderful time in the Vail Valley! This unit was roomy and very comfortable for our family of 5. Great price for such a nice place! We especially loved the great views and the awesome PRIVATE hot tub over looking Beaver Creek and Bachelor's Gulch. We will definitely be back!!!

  • This is a wonderful place and the owner is a wonderful person. Very clean, comfortable and great views. We had the best seat in the state for the Avon fireworks...right from the hottub! The homemade muffins were wonderful, and Ann you are a true angel. This will be our place to stay each time we come to the Vail Valley!!!

  • We just got back from our trip to Beaver Creek. The accomodations were clean and the place was very nice. You can't beat the proximity to Vail/Beaver Creek, the size of the unit, your own personal hot tub, and a functional fireplace along with a fridge full of groceries!

  • My husband and I just got home from a ski vacation at Beaver Creek. We stayed in this condo while we were there. It was just right for the two of us! Homey and comfortable, with nice personal touches. (I especially enjoyed the homemade muffins that were left for us!) Thanks so much! It made a wonderful, quiet get-away after a day of skiing!

  • Wonderful stay. Was like being at home. Very hospitable - can you believe homemade muffins? The locale is great - one of the best views in the area- overlooks the Bachelor Gulch mountain range. 5 STARS.
