It is NOT a typical rental. Our villa is a ground floor unit with a large, patio that provides the solace of the Gulf of Mexico, while offering the cool afternoon breeze of being situated lakefront. The patio is newly screened in and is wonderful. Hosts cushioned wicker furniture including a dining table, chairs and a hanging swing, which is ideal for a nap. Inside there is a private book/game collection as well as CD's/stereo.
