1600 square feet of luxury and ultimate comfort. This villa is owned by a professional ice hockey player and used primarily as a place for private family who come from Canada. It is NOT a typical rental. Designer Leather sofa and loveseat, flat screen TV's, imported Belgian duvets, sushi and sake sets, wine and martini glasses/shakers, luxury textiles. Brand new, top of the line appliances. Fully renovated kitchen with new cabinets, stove. New porcelain tile, hardwoods in bedrooms, plantation shutters. Custom decor, modern simplicity. Brand new stainless refrigerator and new paint all over. We completely renovated the bathrooms and they host porcelain tubs, tile, sinks, toilet...new lighting, cabinets, etc...
Master bedroom and bath has been renovated and is gorgeous with maple hardwood floors, new tub, tile, cabinets, fixtures. Flat screen TV, dressing mirror, full futon bed, rocker, all new linens, King pillow topped mattress.
Bedroom two was just painted sunflower yellow and holds a Pillow-topped king bed with luxury duvet. Computer desk and work lamp. WIFI for internet service
Our unit amazes everyone that enters, and is therefore intended for families and not for tenants under the age of 25.
SEASCAPE Golf and Tennis Resort stretches 500 acres and boasts 2000 feet of private beach. 18 hole golf, five private pools (one heated), eight tennis courts, basketball court, private parking, 24 hour security, lush gardens and walking grounds, resort owned beachfront restaurant.
Our villa is a ground floor unit with a large, patio that provides the solace of the Gulf of Mexico, while offering the cool afternoon breeze of being situated lakefront. The patio is newly screened in and is wonderful. Hosts cushioned wicker furniture including a dining table, chairs and a hanging swing, which is ideal for a nap. Inside there is a private book/game collection as well as CD's/stereo.

Rented October 2011- Our second Fall Break that we have spent at this villa and we are already looking forward to our next stay. The owner makes sure you have every comfort of your own home. Would recommend to anyone. Very kid friendly and my absolute favorite feature is the screened in back porch overlooking the lake and it gives the kids a little more room to play. Close to golf course, short walk to beach and right across from the pool. No complaints from me or my family. Wonderful villa, and very nice people to rent from. Thanks to the Metropolits for helping me and my husband make unforgettable memories for our family. See you next fall!! Thanks again!! The Walz's

Rented June 2010. Family of five...2 adults 2 teenagers and 1 toddler. First of all Seascape is a really beautiful place to stay in general. The grounds are very nicely landscaped with a golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts right at your door step. If you are in a hurry there is acess from the main highway and if you want a leisurely drive there is acess from beautiful scenic old 98. The villa is located on a lake with beautiful views and wildlife.. While we were there baby ducks were living right outside which our 2 yr old loved. The condo comes with a stroller, play pen and some baby toys, which saves a lot of room when it comes to packing. The unit itself is really nice, open and spacious. We had five people and never felt cramped. It is only two bedrrom, but the master is huge, with a king size bed and a nice full size futon that lays down. This is where our daughter slept and was very comfortable. The boys shared the second bedroom and the only complaint they had is that they had to share a bed, but being on vacation in Destin they quickly got over it and it was not a big deal. Very tastefully decorated with comfortable real leather furniture. Great for people with small children, no balconies to worry about, just a nice airy screened in porch. The pool is right next to the unit, which was very nice. The beach is walking distance, but with all of stuff we drove. It was literally a minute drive across the street where there is parking right next to the boardwalk. If you decide to walk you can take the bridge that crosses the lake to the boardwalk, no huffing and puffing, just a liesurely stroll. The location is perfect with the outlet mall and great resturants minutes away. You can actually walk to Whales Tails, which is a great hang out. There are plently of water sports at this area of the beach too, including water trampolines, jet skis and parasailing. The resort offers bikes for the kids for like $20 s day, which was fun for the boys. Oh, don't buy the kids beach toys, planty are included with the unit. While in Destin be sure to stop by our favs, Dewey Destin's original location and Pompono Joe's. Do not waste your money at the Ft. Walton aqurium instead take a drive to Panama's location. Little drive, but a pretty one and a much more enjoyable place to go. Thanks again to the Metrpolits for renting us a great villa.
