Our second floor Oceanfront condo is located on the Sugar beach side of the complex with a gorgeous view of the ocean and palm trees,and just steps away from the pool area. Have a relaxing soak in one of 3 hot tubs with a cool drink from Bikini bob's or the Tiki Bar by the pool.
The Summit is a full service resort with two Olympic sized swimming pools, two kiddie pools, two outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, exercise room, sauna, arcade, Ice cream parlor, charcoal grills, 2 laundry rooms,reading room, 24 hr gated security, chairs and umbrellas, free internet in the lobby, lighted tennis courts, onsite Atm, Beach shop snack bar,shuffleboard, tiki bar, with jet skiing,Banana Boat rides and parasailing close by. Spinnakers and Club La Vela are right next door within walking distance and Signal Hill golf course is right around the corner. Walgreens, Walmart and the new Ripley's Believe it or not museum are also close by.
Our unit sleeps 6 and has cable TV in the newly decorated living room.Also,board games, full kitchen, new sleeper sofa, bunk beds, microwave, telephone and answering machine. The bedroom has a King sized bed, cable TV and private entrance to the bathroom and shower area.
