The moment I opened the door I knew I had found the perfect place. My 5 year old was beyond excited. He walked in and exclaimed "Momma! My can't hardly believe this place. You did a good job. It is so beautiful!" He said it over and over for at least an hour. We had the best time in PCB. What a wonderful week. I highly recommend this condo to anyone. Jim was great to deal with, the people at the condo were nice and helpful when we had questions. The pools were really nice and not crowded. The beach was awesome! So much stuff to do right there on the property: parasail, jet ski, etc. I also loved the close proximity to Pier Park. What a cool place for the kids. We had to take them 3 nights to jump on the bouncies! Shipwreck Island was also a great place. Loads of fun there. If you want a great vacation and a VERY nice place to stay, I highly suggest you contact Jim about this condo. I would definitely go back.

We took our daughter and new son-in-law for a family getaway. They had never been to Florida before. We had an awesome time. The condo was very well kept and beautifully decorated. The view was great. Everyone was very friendly. Love grilling out and talking to people. A great way to unplug!

Senior Trip 2011

I went to Panama City Beach with another mother for our son's senior trip. The boys stay at another condo and we stayed here. It was FABULOUS!!! The condo was decorated very well and the kitchen was well equiped with everything you need. I will definitely stay here again!! I have never been to Panama. I have been going to Destin for 18 years and this condo was better than any I have stayed in there. I will definitely keep this condo on my favorites for next year!!

Spring Break April 2011

Beautiful Condo, Great Value! What you see is what you get! Very clean, well maintained, quiet and appointed property. Best Features - Very large balcony with beautiful views and well equipped kitchen. This was a perfect location for us as our 18 year old daughter was staying with friends at the hotel just down the street. We were able to stay away from all the "commotion" but were only a short walk down the beach to be able to check in with her! Property is close to Pier Park, which has many restuarants and shopping venues. Rental process was a breeze and Jim was very helpful. Deposit was returned very quickly. Highly recommend this property and will definitely return, probably when youngest daughter goes to PCB for her Spring Break!!

Accommodations were perfect. Beautiful beaches, clear water . Saw both dolphins and manta rays. The condo, building, and property were all well-maintained. Indoor-outdoor pool perfect for those who need some shade. Grocery shopping was very close. Enjoyed visiting Pier Park and Seaside. Children loved eating at Pineapple Willies, Sharkey's, and breakfast at the All American Diner. Jim was very helpful and my deposit was quickly returned. Would definitely vacation here again!

18th Floor Paradise

We just returned to KY from PCB this past week. We were so pleased that the unit was immaculate and all photographs and information provided was accurate. The beds were so comfortable, baths were more than adequate, and the balcony was very roomy. We were concerned about being on the 18th floor, but the views were incredible, and the elevator availability and operation were flawless. I would strongly recommend anyone to rent this unit. The owner was wonderful to work with and very flexible since we were planning this vacation as the oil was predicted to wash ashore. In the end we had no oil and a wonderful time!

We stayed in this condo this summer and it was just the best experience we could have imagined. The location is the best. Just far enough away from the activity to be quiet but close enough to get anywhere quickly. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We definitely plan on returning and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting in Panama City.

We stayed in the condo for Spring Break (4/5-4/11-09). So many things we loved about this condo - absolutely nothing we disliked! Loved being on the quiet side of Panama City. Location was great. Condo was beautiful and so spacious and clean. View from the incredible balcony was breathtaking. My dog Lola loved the condo/view too. We used the kitchen alot - and always had everything we needed. Elevators were very quick. Pools and hot tub were great. Parking was never a problem. We would definitely return to this same condo. It was a perfect vacation. Would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place! Thank You Jim!

We just returned from Emerald Isle. Our stay was wonderful. The weather was perfect. Jim's condo is a great place to stay. The tile floors in the great room area give it a breezy, open feel along with the bright furniture. The King size bed was very comfortable and inviting at night. There were plenty of movies in the DVD collection to pick from. We also had great meals that we prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The balconies at EI are the best in PCB. So spacious and the furniture on Jim's balcony completed the combination of a nice comfortable sunset on the gulf and sitting together enjoying it (I have the pictures to prove it). I certainly recommend Jim's condo if you're looking for a place to stay. Besides, little Belle (our canine family member) enjoyed the balcony and breeze. Jim was perfect to work with. The photos do not do justice for this condo. It is absolutely beautiful and the view is breath taking. My family enjoyed our stay. It was just like home, the rooms are large and the beds are very comfy and the best part is we were able to bring our family dog. I was a little reserved about booking from VRBO (it was my first time), but I will diffently do it again. Jim was great to work with and is a great condo owner. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH FUN OUR FAMILY HAD AT EMERALD ISLE. WE WERE FORTUNATE TO ENJOY TWO VACATIONS IN WHAT I WOULD CALL "PARADISE". THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST CONDO WE HAVE STAYED IN. THE UNIT WAS BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND CLEAN. THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.THE BEDS WERE COMFY, AS WELL AS THE SLEEPER SOFA IN THE LR. THE VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING FROM THE BALCONY, AND LARGER THAN ANY I'VE EVER SEEN. JIM WAS GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH; VERY NICE. THE BEST PART WAS WE WERE ABLE TO BRING OUR LITTLE DOG,WHO IS A MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY, TOO. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK FOR MANY MORE VACATIONS. The condo was both comfortable and beautiful! We enjoyed the balcony and gorgeous view the most. It is rare to have nice balcony furniture and such a large balcony so that the entire family can be out there at once. Our dog loved the view and sunbathing as well!

WE ENJOYED THIS CONDO VERY MUCH THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST TRIPS WE HAVE EVER TAKEN TO THE BEACH. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS CONDO UNIT THE KEYLESS ENTRY AND BALCONY VEIW WAS TERRRIFIC. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WAS THAT WE WERE ABLE TO BRING OUR SMALEST MEMEBER OF THE FAMILY OUR DOG. SHE WAS THE HAPPIEST THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO LEAVE HER ALONE AGAIN. THE UNIT IS VERY WELL KEPT FOR ALLOWING SMALL PETS AND THIS IS VERY HARD TO FIND WHEN TRAVELING AS A FAMILY. PET OPTION IS THE BEST! WE LOVED IT ALL. What a fabulous condo!! One can never be entirely certain when booking something as important as a vacation with your pet traveling with you via the internet-but let me just say that I am still patting myself on the back for finding this gem! The condo is decorated beautifully, and is immaculate. The extra large balacony was great and what a incredible view! Once you venture out to see more of PC beach, you will see just how lucky you are to be away from all the craziness, and will be even more satisfied that you are on the truly "quiet" end of the beach. It is very hard to find a pet friendly condo that is well taken care of. This one is truly "GREAT" What more can I say, other than we LOVED staying there and will definitely be back.
