Come to the lake and enjoy our recently-purchased NEW IN 2006, tastefully-decorated, three bedroom, two bath condominium on a large quiet cove right off the main channel at the 20MM! The unit is located on the third floor of an elevator accessible building. We have fully equipped our condo for your vacation enjoyment.
The large sliding glass door in the living room leads to our roomy balcony that has a great view of our quiet cove. The living room has a television with a DVD/CD player unit, built-in surround sound speakers and stereo receiver. There is also a full-sized sofa sleeper here to accommodate two more guests. There is a fireplace for those winter get-a-ways and cool spring and fall evenings.
In the Master Suite we have a King-sized bed, a television with a DVD player/VCR, a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. This bedroom has sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony that also provides a fantastic view of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large closet and the third bedroom has two full size beds and closet. These bedrooms are near the second bath in the main hall, which features a shower/tub combination.
If you feel like preparing your own meals, go ahead in our fully equipped kitchen. We have provided everything you need. There is a gas grill on the balcony so you can cook while enjoying the great view. Our kitchen also features a breakfast bar and the area is open to the living room. The unit has a large walk-in utility room, which is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.
Enjoy our lakeside pool. It is just a short walk or elevator ride away. Our boat dock is just steps from the pool. When you come to the lake to vacation, you can do it all at Seascape Point! We are in the heart of Osage Beach, the center of most of the action at the Lake of the Ozarks yet we are far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
You are just minutes from championship golf courses, many restaurants, the 110-store Outlet Mall and movie theater. Nearby family activities include go-carts, Big Surf Water Park, miniature golf. A regional hospital for those unforeseen emergencies is just a few minutes away. There is plenty of night life to enjoy if you desire. |
