The bright beach colors that greet you will immediately remind you that you are on vacation. The townhome is multi-levelled with the master bedroom, living room (with 42" HD TV), kitchen and powder room on the lower level. Relax in the master suite which features a queen-sized bed, full bathroom with soaking tub, jacuzzi and separate shower.
This is a perfect vacation home for families...big enough for 10, cozy enough for 2! Upstairs, retreat to the loft where you will find a walk-out balcony, sofa, love seat, 42 " plasma TV, DVD/VCR player, laundry room, full bathroom and three more sleeping areas. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are furnished with two twin beds, two sets of bunk beds and a pull-out trundle. There are two balconies and a two-car garage with plenty of storage for your convenience.
Location is everything! The clubhouse is an easy 3 minute walk. In the immediate area you'll find golf courses, a gourmet restaurants, grocery store, gas station, seafood market and beverage store. Nearby enjoy the championship golf course at Bear Trap Dunes. Getting to the beach couldn't be easier. A complimentary beach shuttle is available on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months. If you choose to drive, take Fred Hudson Road, not Route 26, and avoid the traffic.
All guests at Bayside at Bethany Lakes are required to pay a Recreational Association fee of $25/person/week or $6/person/day for persons over 4 years of age. Upon confirming your reservation, a deposit of 50% is due within 10 days. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Linens are not provided.
Beach chairs, noodles and sand toys are available.
The magnificent Rehoboth Outlets are just a short drive north on Highway 1. Seven miles to the South, you will find Ocean City, Maryland. Come enjoy the Quiet Resorts in the Bethany Beach area without the crowds--you will not be disappointed!

We are so happy we chose your beautiful townhouse for our family vacation! The accomodations were perfect and we had a great time gathering around the dinner table and chatting in the living room. The kids LOVE the clubhouse and bunkbeds. Will want to return very soon.

My mom, sisters, and I stayed here Summer of 2010 and absolutely loved it. It is a charming, clean, nicely decorated townhouse that is in a great community. There were 9 of us, all girls, and we had plenty of room. We also loved the location, it is not too far from the beach, and is close to the grocery store. I must say that I am very picky about where I stay, and I would highly recommend this home!
