Just right for the budget minded traveler, who also desires beautiful accomodations. Seacrest II Condominium, is a newly redecorated, well maintained and completely renovated unit with a heated pool. It is located in a smaller, 4 unit, complex on a quiet cul-de-sac street, just a short one block walk to the beach. Seacrest II #2 is also a short one block walk to shopping and many restaurants, and offers every amenity to make your stay a comfortable one. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the pool or sit out on one of two screened in lanais.
If you have work to attend to while on vacation, Seacrest II #2 offers a broadband internet connection.
The condominium offers two large bedrooms, with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom. Additional sleeping space available on an inflatable "Beautyrest" queen-size bed.
Master suite offers an adjacent large full bath and sliders to a screened lanai. Second bedroom has a full bath just across the hall and sliders to a second screened lanai overlooking the pool. Full kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay. All linens, including beach towels, are provided. The unit also offers a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The pool is shared by just four units. Also, available for our guests are 4 beach chairs, wheeled cooler, assorted beach toys, 2 bikes, and 2 tennis racquets.
No Smoking or pets.
*Owners just back from annual trip to freshen and clean. This year we replaced the carpet in the living room with wood flooring, replaced sofa, loveseat and coffee table in the living room, replaced both twin mattress sets in the 2nd bedroom, replaced all bed linens and added some decorative touches - June 2008

Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach
We purchased the unit after vacationing on Anna Maria for Spring Break 2005. We fell in love with the area. After looking at several properties we decided on Seacrest II because of its central location and private street. After owning for 4 years we still love the Island and the property location!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Soon after purchasing the condo we gave the entire unit an overhaul. Now everything is fresh and new and we pride ourselves on keeping it up to date and beautiful. We offer many "extras" other owners do not. For example, we supply beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, a cooler for picnic lunches, bikes and some sporting equipment. We added all these items to make our guests stay more comfortable. I know you will enjoy your stay!
