Just right for the budget minded traveler, who also desires beautiful accomodations. Seacrest II Condominium, is a newly redecorated, well maintained and completely renovated unit with a heated pool. It is located in a smaller, 4 unit, complex on a quiet cul-de-sac street, just a short one block walk to the beach. Seacrest II #2 is also a short one block walk to shopping and many restaurants, and offers every amenity to make your stay a comfortable one. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the pool or sit out on one of two screened in lanais.
If you have work to attend to while on vacation, Seacrest II #2 offers a broadband internet connection.
The condominium offers two large bedrooms, with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom. Additional sleeping space available on an inflatable "Beautyrest" queen-size bed.
Master suite offers an adjacent large full bath and sliders to a screened lanai. Second bedroom has a full bath just across the hall and sliders to a second screened lanai overlooking the pool. Full kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay. All linens, including beach towels, are provided. The unit also offers a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The pool is shared by just four units. Also, available for our guests are 4 beach chairs, wheeled cooler, assorted beach toys, 2 bikes, and 2 tennis racquets.

Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach
We purchased the unit after vacationing on Anna Maria for Spring Break 2005. We fell in love with the area. After looking at several properties we decided on Seacrest II because of its central location and private street. After owning for 4 years we still love the Island and the property location!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Soon after purchasing the condo we gave the entire unit an overhaul. Now everything is fresh and new and we pride ourselves on keeping it up to date and beautiful. We offer many "extras" other owners do not. For example, we supply beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, a cooler for picnic lunches, bikes and some sporting equipment. We added all these items to make our guests stay more comfortable. I know you will enjoy your stay!
Within walking distance, this beach offers a restaurant with outside seating, a beach store, playground and beach volleyball courts.
Paved sidewalk leading from the end of 5th Ave. to 38th St. making the short walk to the beach even easier. This walkway also connects to 6th Ave. right behind Publix.

This property was great! The beach is just a short walk away. The furnishings were nice and the place was emaculately clean! The pool area was beautiful. I loved everything about our Anna Maria island vacation! I can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely. Everything was as it was listed on the internet. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. It has a cozy atmosphere, and we were sorry when our week was up. It is so close to the beach and shopping. We used our car only for sightseeing. We hope to stay here again in the near future. The owners were very accomodating, also. It is tastefuly decorated to make it feel more like home.

I was drawn to this condo after seeing the pictures on the internet, and it is one of the rare situations where the reality was as good as the pictures. A fairly recent remodel resulted in an older condo feeling and looking like new. In fact, I only had one complaint about the condo - a queen bed in the master. Being accustomed to a king mattress makes it somewhat difficult to sleep on a queen. And the master bedroom is quite roomy - it could easily accomodate a king bed. However, the master shower more than makes up for the small bed. It is a large, tiled shower, with lots of hot water. The perfect ending to a day at the beach is a nice, hot shower. The great room furniture is comfortable and attractive. There is a washer and dryer in a closet off the deck, which is so nice to have. The guest bedroom has nice twin mattresses. The kitchen is quite small but has all major appliances. There are plenty of dishes for eating on, but not a lot to cook with. I did have to buy a couple of things for cooking , but that was no big deal to me. The location is superb! The condo is right smack in the middle of the island. You have about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach, but all on side-roads, until you have to cross Gulf Drive. The condo pool is small, but since there are only four units, there was usually a little bit of time each day that you could have the pool to yourselves. The owners are so nice and are very easy to work with. Actually, had we not needed a 3-bedroom, we would have loved to rented this unit for the summer of 2010. This is one of the nicest places for the price that you will ever stay in on AMI. Maybe I shouldn't tell you that : )

Love, love, love this location. We only took our car twice to go to the mainland,otherwise took the free trolley or walked. Be sure to look up Capt. Kathe at the Starfish Co. for a sightseeing tour by boat. The condo has everything you need. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short. Very nice owners.

This was a great place to visit - would want to live there. Beautifully decorated. Master shower is the best !!! We had relatives nearby that vacation on the island and could not get over how nice this condo was for the price. They wanted information about renting. Only bad thing, we had to come home.

Our stay in the unit was from August 12-17, 2007. The condo was really great. It was very clean, decorated wonderfully and a real nice place to stay. We enjoyed the pool, although if the 4 units are all occupied, I could see the pool becoming an issue due to it's size. The walk to the beach was easy and fast, as well as to Publix, Trolley and many eateries. We loved the unit and the island. All the amenities were available as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

We loved our stay at Seacrest II! The weather was great and the condo is in a great central location! Literally walking distance to everything you need. Only a block to groceries, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and best of all the beach. Everything was fresh and new in the condo. Kitchen had everythig we needed for cooking in. Thanks! -- Aug. 2005
