This rental was clean and well furnished. The owner was very hepful and friendly. I would recommend this property to my family and would definitely stay there again. Conveniently located to many of the fine restaurants in the area.

We have been vacationing on LBI for over 50 years, and rented many properties during that time. We would rate this property as our favorite. We have been coming here for 14 years, spending 2 weeks in June and 2 weeks in September. Over that time many improvement and upgrades have been completed to the home. It is ALWAYS VERY CLEAN! The multiple decks provide spectacular views and plenty of sun or shade. The kitchen is fully equiped with all ameneties. The lower level is an excllent area for children. Bedrooms are comfortable. Four TVs and internet are provided. Location is excellent for beach, Bay Village Shopping, amusements for children, and many excellent restaurants. Owners are wonderful, and responsive to any and all tennant needs. We highly recommend this property - enjoy your LBI vacation!

This is my 5th year renting. It is in a great location. Have great ocean views from the front deck. The property is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. I would definitely recommend this property.

My family had the best vacation. We have spent the last 10 years on LBI but this house and location was perfect! The pictures show you the updated interior, great decks, and the house is accross the street from the beach. You can bike ride to shops ( if you didn't bring a bike, there is a rental shop within walking distance) and walk to the ice cream store(maybe to close..lol). The owners of the property live on the island, so if you need anything theyn are a phone call away. We made lasting memories here, and intend on making more for many years to come!

HAPPY AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH!

We stayed here this year and we had a great time. The kitchen was receently remodeled and has all the amenities. The house is great and is a few minute walk to a great public park that included a regulation outdoor hockey rink for sakting or playing. There are also great swing and climbing sets that the town maintains. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the full ocean view or walk across the street to the beach. The owners provide beach passes and there are plenty of activities from the beach. Fishing, surfing, body boarding etc. We cooked on the outdoor grill several night and enjoyed a family dinner on the deck. For late night or if your stuck inside due to rain the give you not only cable TV but also Satellite TV too! This is great because there is always something to watch in high def. This house gave us everything we were looking for in a vacation residence and we are planning to rent again on our next family trip to LBI. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves the beach and wants to be close and comfortable.

Our Vacation Ritual

This vacation home is a place where we have gone year after year and are still yet to enjoy. During our time here we get to spend quality fun, relaxing time with great friends, family, and especially our dogs. Just being able to walk across the street to and from the beach is great. Coming back to the house after a long, relaxing day on the beach and taking a shower in the outdoor shower is so refreshing. We all truely enjoy bbqing, being able to have home cooked meals while on vacation, and having dinner on the front porch over looking the views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is plenty of room for family and many guests. It is a vacation home where your hard earned money is well spent. We highly reccomend a stay here. You won't regret it.

**Warning!!!** This House is a Nightmare!

If you've checked out the pictures of this house on-line, you might think, "It's not so bad....maybe not up to date, but at least it's clean." THINK AGAIN. Not only is this place outdated, it is filthy! I am a guest of someone who rented this house for 1 week. We all barely made it through 1 day. We had to leave and our vacation was completely ruined. Here are just a few of the many disgusting "gifts" you'll get for your hard-earned money: All of the furniture is dirty - cushions on the couch and chairs need to be cleaned - better yet, replaced. All of the beds have lumpy matresses. Worse yet, they are filthy. Mattress pads were stained and so were the pillows. Many of the verticle blinds are broken (missing panels), so if you want to get dressed without the neighbors getting a show....think again. Outside decks were not cleaned - for your hard earned cash, you too can step over old wet towels, dirty wet socks, shoes, etc. All of this stuff is owned by someone...nobody I know. If the filthy stained pillows and mattress pads aren't enough to make you vomit, perhaps the multitude of pet stains all over the carpeting will thrust your gastric juices up to your throat. The air conditioning, doesn't work well. The upstairs is freezing, the living room area downstairs is hot and stuffy. Oh and the bannisters in the house are sticky. Not sure if that's the humidity and old paint or if there is just old filth stuck to them. I really don't want to know The ground floor smells like mold. Completely unusable for a sleeping area. The greatest parting gift I received from this "lovely" vacation home are the flea bites. I left with big ugly welts on my feet. Best of all, we showed all of this to the owner's husband and he was completely rude to us (his customers)! He thought everything in the house was fine. After that reaction, needless to say, we packed immediately and left. It was that bad. The Board of Health would have a field day here. Please don't rent from this house. You don't want to subject your children to this. We are completely traumatized and we're all still itching! I'm soaking everything in kerosene and lighting it on fire. The owner of the house should do the same. Fumigation will not help here. Don't rent this place. The owners will keep your money and you'll be on your way home with memories of a ruined vacation. Please enjoy your stay - somewhere else!!

Owner response:The writer of this review has a very cruel imagination and it apparently reflects their character . The weather forecast for that week was rain. In addition, they appeared to be having some problems amongst themselves and were trying to insult our home and us The reason why she claimed she was leaving was never written in this fabricated write up. They also told our neighbors that they were going to try to ruin our reputation. We have many happy tenants returning year after year.

My Family and I had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well kept town home. This home was very clean and was equipped with many amenities. The Location was perfect to suit all of our family member's needs. I have small children and there is a great park just around the corner. Also the beach access was very easily accessible. My elderly grandfather was able to join us on the beach due to the level beach entrance (something he wasn't able to do in years!) The view is spectacular since the house is literally across the street from the beach. We were also just a 2 minute drive to Fantasy Island! We could have easily walked to town. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our vacation here next year!!!

I have been renting the North unit for many years. The home is very clean. and Philcomfortable. The kitchen is udated with stone counters and the home is beautifully furnished. The views of the ocean are amazing. The owners are very pleasant and accomadating.I will be retuning again next year.I highly recomend this property

we allways had wonderfull time in that house...year after year...its fantastic...with beach across the street...if there is heaven it have to be simular to beach haven :D house is just great...lot of space...clean...great location...tv,cabel,wi-fi all you need when you are not in ocean or on the beach...owners are great people...they are like family to us after those years...we always looking forward to come back to this fantastic island...i can only recomend it...looking forward for next summer...
