Enjoyed our stay in Eastham. Cottage is 0.6 mi walk to Cooks Brook beach (on the bay) which is great family beach. Nice living space, kitchen with everything you need, everything functional, in a very nice area. Only negative are the beds; especially the double bed - which has noisy, uncomfortable exposed springs, which makes it difficult to sleep on. Swap out some of the beds and this place would rate an excellent.
Owner response:This is a typical repsonse we get from our renters, with the exception of the double bed issue. The location is perfect for most families because of the proximity to the bay beaches and safety of the area for children. This year we have added WIFI for our guests who can't be without their laptops. We have honestly never heard of an issue with the bed. It is an antique and a little noisy, but folks are very happy with its comfort,
