Elegant Spanish style architecture condominium building. There are only three units in this building. Each unit has a two car garage (Space in the garage for one car is offered to rental guests).

The unit is large (1650 square feet) and tastefully decorated. It is located in the prestigious Prosperity Point development which overlooks Burnt Store Marina. The marina is just a few steps from the front door. There is a nice walking path that circles Prosperity Point and runs along both sides of the marina and the mangroves leading out to Charlotte Harbor. It is nice to wake up and take your morning coffee on a stroll around the marina and admire all the beautiful boats and the gorgeous waterfront homes.
Each bedroom has its own private screened-in lanai. The master bedroom and lanai overlook a beautiful pool and hot tub area with a man-made lagoon and fountain. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area also overlooks the pool and lagoon. There is a large screened-in lanai off the living room with a dining table and chairs.
This unit feels like it's a private home due to the high ceilings and spacious floor plan. The master bedroom and huge master bath are located on the second level with a private lanai. The other two bedrooms, laundry area, full bath, kitchen, living and dining area are located on the first level of the unit. (The actual unit itself occupies the second and third floors of the building while the garage is on the first floor). There is an elevator for those who need it.
Burnt Store Marina is like an oasis between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. It is off of Burnt Store Road which has a rural feeling. When you come to the Burnt Store Marina development, it is surprising that such a community exists there. There are many beautiful homes and condo units as well as a 27 hole golf course, a restaurant and bar overlooking the marina, and a yacht club. You can bring your boat and store it at the marina or a nearby storage yard. There is a boat ramp at the marina. There are also boat rentals or deep sea fishing tours available.
It's all about the boating, fishing, golfing, relaxing and sunshine at this wonderful Gulf coast community. The people you will meet there are happy, kind and very down to earth.
