The first floor has a great room that has 2 Leather couches and a fireplace. The entire house has beautiful windows that allow lots of light to come in. The kitchen and laundry room as well as a half bath are located on the 1st floor. The second floor has the Master Bedroom with a King Sized Bed, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a den with a sectional sofa and TV.
The house also includes a membership at the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club which is located at the beach. The Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club has an indoor and outdoor pool, Clay Tennis Courts, Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Saunna, and an exercise room.
You will not find a more beautiful view or a better value in St. Augustine. No Smoking and No pets!
