Just 4.5 miles away from historic Park City Main Street. Main Street offers great shopping, Galleries and restaurants. Sundance Film and Arts Festival.
Best night life in Utah. This Condo is on the Park City Transit route. The bus services all three resorts and the fantastic outlets at Kimball Junction. The bus will take you to the Olympic Park, where you can enjoy the Olympic experience.
You can enjoy the mountain view while sitting in front of a warm fire. This one bedroom has a queen bed. The new sofa pulls out for extra sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation: Full refund, less $100 handling fee upon 60 days notice prior to arrival date. . If cancellation occurs within the 45 day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Why the Owner Chose Red Pine
Park City has always been a magical place for our family. It’s not too far from home, but far enough we can call it a mini vacation. After Linda’s husband passed away from Cancer, we decided to take a needed trip to Park City. While we were there staying in Park Ave, we took a look at a condo and jumped in and bought it. Our first night staying there got the creative juices flowing and we went straight into decorating mode. It was not long until we had the other sisters and my dad in work clothes and tool belts. I can honestly say it was the most fun we have had on vacation. We soon found that we had bit off a bit more than we could chew, so we hired a contractor that was familiar with these condos. It started a great new friendship and one thing led to another and we bought 4 other units in Park Ave and two in Red Pine Resort at the Canyons. We remodeled them all and added some great amenities. My sisters and I have done a bit of traveling and stayed in condos (all in the name of work). We quickly found that some were better than others. We strive to make your vacation worry free, so we stoke not only the basics but a lot more. You won’t run out of salt and pepper, baggies, paper towels, dish cloths, towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies (for those of you like me who need to keep things tidy) and so so much more. If you think of anything, just let me know. Our housekeeper Pam is a friend of the family, I know these condos are clean! She is extremely trustworthy; she goes out of her way to help our guest. Pam is available for any extras you may need, like shipping, groceries, and additional housekeeping. Together as a package you get a large family with friends that are here to meet your needs. I’m always happy to answer any questions or concerns. We are sure you will return as many of our guests do. We look forward to hearing from you.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
79192 is one of our favorites, we have created a nice open space with plenty of storage area for your gear. The view is beautiful no matter what the season. The back patio has a table/umbrella with 4 chairs to just sit and sip on your coffee or eat your lunch. The condo is fully stocked with everything you will need. The fire place is ran by gas and controlled by a thermostat, no wood gathering or mess. There is plenty of free parking. We offer free internet and cable TV. There is small TV in the bedroom and well as a nice flat screen in the living room. Red Pines is at the base of the Canyons Resort, however they have built some new condos, so we are not the closest anymore. Red Pines is only a short 6 minute drive to Park City, however there is no need to drive, just catch the free shuttle that services all areas in Park City along with Kimball junction and all three resorts.
Park City is not just for winter vacations; in fact I would suggest booking a spring, summer, and fall trip. You won’t be disappointed. Park City has a menu of activities, many of them are free. Park City off season is incredibly affordable. There is so much to do, you'll soon find out you need more time. You too may fall in love with Park City.
