Fancy Free II is tucked away in a private and exclusive small development - Heron Cove West, located just off Paradise Point and Sand Flat Roads. This stately lakefront retreat provides a much-needed break from the crowds and chaos of everyday life. You will vacation with the best of both worlds at your fingertips; all the luxury of totally up-scale amenities and the natural beauty of tall timbers that envelop your vacation haven. Dock your boat, jump off the docks and enjoy swimming in our secluded cove.
Located about 50 feet from the waters edge, a short path takes you to our home. Our custom home was built in 1999 and is updated regularly. You'll find beauty inside and out at Fancy Free II. Plush furnishings including two large screen TV's that are showcased by spacious, airy rooms and creative accents, while Mother Nature adorns your landscape with all her finest!,
Open to the dining and great rooms, you will be part of the party while cooking in the gourmet kitchen. Stocked with glasses, dishes, quality cooking equipment makes everyone part of the fun. Stay in touch with the world, even work, with high-speed internet access. You may use our computer or your own with our wireless access.
Meanwhile, unlimited fun awaits you with a regulation pool table, poker table, bumper pool, foosball, and an extensive selection of videos and games including many old standards and party games. If you prefer puzzles, they are available too! With three main living areas, different activities can easily coexist.
Move the fun outside to the deck, hot tub, dock or fire pit. Extensive two-level decking is furnished for sunbathing, grilling, and outdoor dining. Need some down time? Then you might want to snuggle up by one of the two fireplaces and read a book. Four bedrooms, including two master suites with TV, VCR/DVD players, private bath with whirlpool tubs, and two queen-size bedrooms with a shared bath also have TVs and VCRs and DVD players. Our home is kid friendly and equipped for babies or toddlers with a crib and high chair.
Multiple conversation/dining areas - great room, family room, loft and two very large decks, one bedroom has a king bed and private deck, three bedrooms have queens, one bedroom also has queen-size sofa, loft has queen bed and daybed with trundle, family room has pullout couch (queen), no smoking. We love this home. Once you arrive, you can be very happy never leaving the house. It is perfect for families whose members enjoy different activities...everyone gets to do what they want. That is what I enjoy most about being at Fancy Free II. The dining in the area is wonderful. There are two french restaurants in the area that we highly recommend.
