Welcome! This 2000-square-foot golf course villa was built in 2003 and has two bedrooms and two and-a-half baths with beautiful views of Pinnacle Peak and surrounding mountains. Inside you will find a large, open, fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and a full-sized washer and dryer.
In the large open great room/dining area we have a 42-inch plasma TV, Cerwin Vega home entertainment system with CD/DVD player, oversized sofas, leather recliner, gas fireplace and HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET. Upstairs are the two master suites with queen beds, cable TVs, private balconies and their own attached bathrooms, including large soaking tub and shower with glass enclosures and walk-in closets.
Outside is a private courtyard with patio furniture and a gas barbecue. This villa is located in the Troon Golf Casitas and is a five minute walk from the golf clubhouse and Troon restaurant, which serves breakfast lunch and dinner overlooking the golf course and mountains. Also located within a short walk is the pool area, which includes a fully-equipped workout facility, heated pool and jacuzzi, cabana area and barbecue grill.
