We are local owners, not a management company, and personally clean the unit so you can be assured that it is as clean as it can be. We santitize with clorox products and steam clean the tile floor. Since we live just down the road, if something does happen, we're there to make it right immediately!

One pet per unit with a maximum weight limit of 30lbs. A $40 pet fee is charged by the Resort upon arrival.

This isn't the typical unit. This unit has everything you need to make your vacation an enjoyable one. We have a selection of beach toys, beach chairs, books, games, and DVDs. You don't have to make Walmart your first stop, because we provide every thing from toliet paper and to detergent. This is our second home and want it to be your home for your vacation.
Our keyless entry offers increased security with a new combo for every tenant, easy checkin and access with no keys to keep up with! Other ammenities includes free wireless internet connection, 42" 1080p HDTV in the Living Room and 37" 1080p HDTV in the Master Bedroom. The balcony overlooks beautiful views of the water, sand, and surf.
Our 19th floor Treasure Island condo accommodates up to 8 guests. It has two bedrooms and a built in bunk bed area, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a 30' long by 9' wide Gulf front balcony.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The great room also has sliding glass doors to the Gulf front balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a gamecube for your entertainment; there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The 2 additional beds are built-in bunk beds located next to the dining room.
The kitchen is the perfect place to gather together after a day at the beach and have an ice-cold beverage made in the blender. There is full-size stove, granite countertops, a refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric can opener, blender, toaster, glassware, silverware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware.
Facing west, the evening sunsets provide the most amazing light shows nature can deliver. Come and see why so many people return to this area over and over again. Located just minutes from St. Andrews Park, whatever the activity is that you like to do, you will find it here.
We are a pet friendly unit, but rest assured, even though we allow small to medium pets, we thoroughly clean each room to make sure the next guest enjoys their stay at the condo.
Treasure Island Resort Condominium is is a family friendly resort located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park. Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. The unit has nine foot ceilings, and is decorated in the contemporary style with high quality furnishings and appointments.
Cancellation Policy: We will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should we be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) reservation deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $25. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented than the renter will forfeit the entire reservation deposit. Emergency situations are handled on a case by case situation.

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
We enjoy spending time on the beach. Treasure Island is such a great location. It's quite, right on the beach, and perfect for families and couples alike. We looked at several over the years and chose Treasure Island because of the large size of the unit, the location on the east end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, and because the building and grounds were so well maintained.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We've seen manatees, rays, sharks, dolphins, and lots of other sealife from the balcony. Pelicans cruise by at eye level. Building sand castles and chasing seagulls with our kids. Finding that perfect shell and enjoying God's creation.
We only live about a mile away and can be there quickly to solve any unexpected issues.
Best place on Panama City Beach for seafood. But go early! Long lines after 6pm

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo is beautiful and very spacious. We felt like royalty, the way Randy and Brenna treated us, with all the extras (toiletries etc) Would recommend this condo to anyone, it truly is the best place to stay, very nice people to deal with and honest. WOW! This was our 1st stay in PCB, and what a memorable one! My family has been coming to PCB for years, and was very impressed with Treasure Island, and specifically our condo. We had a group of 25; most stayed at another resort a few blocks away (within walking distance) and it did not come close to this. We rented pontoon boats and spent time on St. Andrews Bay and at Shell Island - what a blast! The condo itself was incredible, spacious, updated, and had everything that we could have needed and more. The beach chairs are a must and the GameCube was a big hit with the children in the evening hours. With close access to the Marina, State Park, and shopping, we were minutes to everything. The shade provided by the building was a blessing in the early morning, especially when we already had a lil bit too much sun the day before. We also enjoyed viewing the Fighter Jets taking off/landing from Tyndall AFB in the mid mornings. FYI...19th floor gave us great views, and had no concerns with waiting for the elevators. If there were any downsides - the elevators were not adequately air conditioned, and TV's were not flat screens - but we were on the beach or boats, so little to no time is spent watching TV. All in all - this was a great 1st experience and plan to come back again.

This was our first condo experience. We were blown away by how clean this unit was! Not only was it clean but owners have thought of everything. We did not have to go to store to buy soap,laundry soap, toilet paper,etc.,etc. Everything was included even Boogie Boards and noodles to swim with. We were concerned at first because of the 19th floor and being so high. We had no issues and enjoyed eating breakfast and supper on the balcony everyday. We saw sting ray, dolphins, sea turtles and even a shark! Nothing is better than sleeping with the ocean sound at night! I even had to get sound machine when I got home to continue my restful sleep that I experienced at condo. We were very sad to leave and will be coming back again!!!!

As indicated in the listing, the condo was clean and tidy upon arrival. Thanks to the excellent communication from the owners prior to arriving, parking and getting access to the condo was seamless. Treasure Island has a very nice pool, which the kids used daily, in addition to building sandcastles on the white-sand beach and wading in the gulf. Free use of beach chairs and sand toys was a bonus. Because of its convenient location, other attractions (eating, shopping, etc) were easily accessible. I would absolutely recommend this condo and will definitely rent it in the future.

We just spent a week in this wonderful condo. It was extremely comfortable and very pretty. The deck is HUGE and equiped with nice chairs and a table. There was a lot of privacy on the deck that overlooked the ocean. One thing we really liked was that the condo was fully stocked with everything you would need such as laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They even had spices for cooking! I have never stayed in a unit so well stocked. The beach was beautiful and not a drop of oil in sight. Great condo with great owners!
