Our condo has some of the best views of the beach in Beachside Villas. This is one of the larger 3 bedroom condos in our complex. Come visit us and see why people keep coming back to our condo. In Building 6, our unit sits right in front of the beach with fabulous views from our unit spanning from the living/dining room to the master bedroom. We have a full-length deck with views of beautiful sunsets to seeing the dolphins play in the water.
We have some of the most beautiful, award-winning white sand Beaches in the United States! Enjoy the 17-mile bike trail on Scenic 30-A and a short walk from the front of our beach to Deerlake State Park. There are 1,700 acres of walking trails through some of the most picturesque scenery and its also a wildlife sanctuary. It's worth a visit to this secluded beach area.
Our unit is very spacious, clean and is decorated "beachy". The second floor unit has three bedrooms, two and-a-half baths. Spacious living room with TV, Blueray DVD player, Stereo. Our unit also has wifi, so bring your laptop and connect to the internet free of charge. Master and second bedroom with TV in each third bedroom has dvd/tv. Unit has all amenities with full-sized washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen and is non-smoking with no pets. For those that are familiar with Beachside Villas our building is 6 which sits right on the beach.

Mike and I have owned at Beachside Villas for over 10 years now. We love coming to Seagrove Beach. The beauty of the area is something you only see in post cards. Our beaches are some of the best with our sugar white sand and emerald green waters. We keep our condo clean and decorated so our guests feel like they are at home, just have the beach at their backyard. Our area is very laid back, scenic and great place to come and unwind.

My family stayed in this condo June 2011 for a week. We had a fabulous time. The condo was in excellent condition. The photo taken from the balcony gives the appearance that the condo is right on the water but it's not and the owner never said it was. There is a building between this building and the water but you still have a good view of the ocean from the balcony. We did have a problem with the lock box on the door once but the owner got it taken care of very quickly and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We will most definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
