Welcome to Palmetto Dunes Plantation, rated number-one family resort in America by "Travel and Leisure Magazine". Our beach-front property offers a private walkway to the beach, and a beautiful ocean and beach view from the living room, balcony, and both bedrooms. The balcony also is furnished with a large and small table and six chairs.
Our beautiful villa is recently painted and professionally decorated. All new kitchen appliances that were installed in Feb. of '09 will make your life easier and more enjoyable. You will find a spacious living and dining room area. Newly-tiled floors enhance the kitchen and dining room. Both bedroom suites have private walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and includes a flatscreen TV.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV, equipped with a VCR and DVD player. There is a slider to the balcony from this bedroom. A door for your privacy closes off the second bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the villa.
The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, love seat, two additional chairs, and an entertainment center--including a TV with a VCR and DVD player. There is a new CD/tape player and radio in the living room as well. There is a slider to the balcony which will provide an additional eating and relaxation area. We also provide you with DSL internet access.
The dining room seats six, and there is a breakfast bar area with two stools off of the fully-equipped kitchen. You will also find a wet bar for your convenience. There is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The master bath has a his and hers sink along with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The guest bath is newly-tiled and includes a sink, and combination jetted tub and shower.
On the Windsor Court grounds, you will find an adult pool, child's pool, Jacuzzi, and barbeque pit. There are also changing rooms and rest rooms for your convenience and private use.
During the summer months, enjoy the weekly fireworks at Shelter Cove, or take a firework cruise on the Calibogue Sound.
