Blue Water Cottage is a new, non-smoking, cottage-style home with four bedrooms, three baths that sleeps eight on two levels. Tastefully and professionally decorated, you'll enjoy the easy living feeling of summers at the beach all year long.
Your vacation home features clapboard siding, a tin roof and two covered porches. Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, your vacation home is part of a small neighborhood of cottage-style homes called Old Florida Village.
The main level features a living room with seating area, TV/VCR/DVD, game table, stereo, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar. The bedroom on this level offers a trundle bed with room for two and its own TV. There is also a full bath on this floor.
The second story has three additional bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with a covered porch and bathroom with a tub and shower. The next bedroom has a queen size bed. The final bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bath that these two rooms share.
The first of two neighborhood pools is just steps away and is great for families with kids that need the occasional break from the beach. Speaking of the beach, you'll enjoy playing or relaxing on the gorgeous beach that will have you thinking that you are in the Caribbean. Located just 500 yards away, the Gulf of Mexico provides breath taking views and miles of sugar white sand beaches.
While Santa Rosa provides a secluded getaway, you'll be just minutes away from one of the largest factory outlets in the country and some of the best restaurants on the panhandle. A wide bike path along scenic highway 30-A provides safe cycling, walking or running for miles in either direction. For the golfers, beautiful Santa Rosa Golf Club is just two miles away or try one of the many other award winning courses nearby. The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and others are just minutes down 30-A.

The house was awesome and very spacious and clean. It was convient to the pools and also to the beach. My kids and I enjoyed it and will defintly stay there again. Leeann, Albany, GA
