This condominium is ideal for 4-6 people and is located in the gated community of The Tides off the intersection of Highway One and Rehoboth Avenue, adjacent to the Henlopen Junction Breakwater Trail. Each unit has a screened porch off the back that overlooks the pond w/fountains. Conveniently located one and half miles to the beach. Enjoy either the award-winning pool with hot tub and fountains or the hiking/biking trail that runs between Rehoboth and Lewes. It is mere minutes to Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, as well as outdoor activities and outlet shopping.

Your deposit is due within 10 days of your reservation by either personal check, money order, or cashier's check. The balance for your stay is due 30 days prior to your arrival in the form of either a personal check, cashier's check or money order (no exceptions). There is a $300 Security Deposit and a $65 Reservation Fee.
