This villa is located on the 12th fairway of the North Course within the gated community of Ironwood Country Club. Ironwood is known as one of the premier communities in the desert. With its vaulted ceilings and large windows, the living room looks out on citrus trees, an abundance of flowers and Ironwood's beautifully manicured golf course. The interior is updated with elegant yet comfortable contemporary furnishings. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living area. The master suite and private bath are beautifully appointed and the suite's patio overlooks the 12th fairway.
A desert landscape and patio adjoin the other guest suite which includes a walk-in closet and private master bath. The villa is approximately 1200 square feet. The villa comes equipped with a Bose Surround System, three TV's (New LCD in the living room), cable high speed internet access and a DVD player. The pool and spa area is directly across the street.

We spent January here, and our stay was delightful. Clerestory windows flood the interior with light. Two master suites, a fully-equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable seating, a beautiful view of the 12th Fairway--we felt at home. Owners John & Diane Burns couldn't have been nicer.

We usually spend 3 weeks in this unit every year. It is well maintained and it's location in Ironwood is great. When our time is up, we hate to leave as it so beautiful inside and out. . also the amenities are wonderful. LOVE IT HERE. .

From beginning to end, staying at the condo was a wonderful experience. Diane and John, the owners, couldn't have been nicer. They even called the first evening of our stay to see if everything was okay. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and sparkling clean. Sitting on the patio having our morning coffee, listening to the birds and enjoying the absolute quiet was the icing on the cake. Stay here, you will LOVE it. We couldn't recommend it more highly.
