One of the most unique living experiences "Up North." Octagon-shaped main house has floor-to-ceiling windows that give you a breathtaking view of the forest that surrounds the house and lines the beautiful coastline of Lake Michigan.
A full wood deck surrounds the main house that provides plenty of room for enjoying the scenery and wildlife and gazing at the stars. Main house also includes full-size sofabed that sleeps two. Main house includes a private outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off "the beach."
House/deck is connected to the smaller guest house with a much larger deck that features a generous eating area with gas grill, large picnic table, chairs and umbrella.
Guest House is an ideal sleeping area for extra guests or children with two large bedrooms, "family room," it's own bathroom and shower. Family room also contains "trundle bed" that sleeps two.
Rent includes access to a Private Beach within walking distance of the house (private beach parking also included). Smokers are welcome but outside please. Well behaved pets are welcome too.
While The Tree Top House will comfortably accomodate families of a variety of sizes, it's also perfect for several couples traveling together or as a romatic getaway for two. After the Summer season, the large house is available to rent by itself and by the day. It has a forced air furnace and centrally located free-standing fireplace. Fall weather is spectacular and the changing leaves are breathtaking.
