Private courtside unit,next to HEATED IN-GROUND POOL. Two decks for entertaining, private two-car garage with outside shower, private entrance. This is a townhouse, not a condominium. Full kitchen with center island with three stools, Dining area that can accommodate ten people, Large living room with pull-out, queen-size sofa bed, and 27-inch TV/DVD/VCR, Bose stereo, and Game Cube with games. Master bedroom has a private balcony, queen-size bed, master bath, 20-inch TV/DVD/VCR. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV/DVD. Third bedroom has one twin bed and one full bed, TV/DVD. We also provide you with eight beach chairs, SIX bikes, fishing/crabbing supplies, toys, Game Cube, beach buggy to carry all your stuff to beach. We are now accepting reservations for the 2009 season! Security deposit of $300 is required. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Families preferred - adults over 25 only.
