Located on beautiful Shore Drive, this first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath, oceanfront condominium is in an oceanfront building on a quiet, dead-end street, just north of the Myrtle Beach city limits. The beach is only steps away from your front doorstep. The condominium is off Lake Arrowhead Drive and minutes from Restaurant Row.
The area is the most highly desirable area for family-oriented fun. Its beautiful, clean, wide, sandy beaches are great for beach lovers. Apache Pier (the East Coast's longest pier) is within walking distance. Right next door is the famous Ocean Annies featuring oceanfront live music, Sandals Lounge, and River City Café. Across the street is the Straw Market which has a convenience store, ice cream shop, pizza shop,State liqour store and Subway.
The three-story, all-wood construction, and open-air hallways provide a laid-back vacation environment. The units are a great place to just sit back, relax, and listen to the sound of the waves in our beautiful vacation Villa, while enjoying the awesome views from the balcony. The beautiful beachfront ocean and our deep, heated, outdoor pool are an added feature from the comfort of our first-floor condominium unit.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the guest bedroom has two single beds; and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa.
The condominium is less than one mile from the 24-hour Wal-Mart Supercenter, Kroger's, Food Lion, Rossi's, Southern Market Deli, Tanger Outlet, new Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, and Colonial Mall. Five minutes away is Barefoot Landing, with over 100 shops and entertainment. Approximately ten minutes away is Broadway at the Beach, with over 100 shops. The Myrtle Beach Pelicans (the Atlanta Braves minor league baseball team) is located 15 minutes away.
