Welcome to Villa Florida Belle. Our luxury, four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with private pool/spa and game room was built in November 2005 on the prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando, Florida. The villa is only ten minutes from Disney and many other major attractions. The villa is at one end of the community so not only is it peaceful away from the main road it also enjoys the benefits of having open fields to the rear.
Solana Resort is a gated community with a luxury clubhouse and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most-sought-after community in the Disney area.
THE VILLA HAS FIOS (super fast) INTERNET ACCESS VIA A WIRELESS CONNECTION FOR USE WITH YOUR OWN LAPTOP.
There is also free internet access at the clubhouse if you do not wish to bring your own laptop.
Our villa is managed locally by a professional management company who ensure that the pool and property are maintained to a very high standard.
The villa is fully air conditioned and is no smoking throughout.
Our spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted to a double-size bed), an entertainment centre comprising of large screen cable TV, DVD player, and CD stereo player. A PlayStation and selection of games as well as board games and books are provided for your enjoyment.
Relax in the living room, which has ample seating. In the dining room we have table and chairs to seat six people as well as in the breakfast nook we have table and chairs to seat four people.
Pool/spa area - our pool area has been extended and provided for your comfort are four sunloungers and a table with umbrella to seat up to six people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. The 26-foot by 12-foot pool has underwater lighting and can be heated at an extra cost during the winter months (October to March). A selection of inflatable lilo's and water toys are there for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit, corner bath, basin, and toilet. The other master bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobes, and en suite with bath with a glass shower enclosure, basin, and toilet.
The two remaining bedrooms are both twin rooms with fitted wardrobes. A spacious family bathroom separates both rooms, which has a bath with glass shower enclosure, basin, and toilet.
We have converted the double garage into a game room and fitted it out with a luxury, full-size pool table, table football, and air hockey game. For your added security we have fitted a safe in the master bedroom.

We had a great time. Your villa is wonderful. You have furnished it perfectly. There is truly nothing missing. The pool heat was not a problem for us. We had a wonderful time in Florida! The pool was sooo hot when we first got there (close to 100) that we called the managers right away. I guess there was a problem with the thermostat. We got it regulated somewhat by the end of the week and the kids were in it nearly every waking hour- hot or cold! I'm glad it was mostly a little too hot than too cold. The house was great. We would suggest an electric skillet for making big breakfasts, and maybe more plastic plates and bowls for the children. Other than that it was delightful. We really liked the fact that it wasn't backing up to other houses, very private and that it was a gated community. The lady that "manned" the gate always had a smile for us, which was nice to see coming and going. You can mention in your ad that you have a "Pack-n-Play" available. Our friends used it as a portable crib for their youngest We would love to come again sometime! I have your house bookmarked and we will definitely keep you in mind for future vacations. We like that area (Davenport) because it's out of the Disney rush, yet has a Walmart close by. Warm Regards from COLD NY! ~Diana

I apologize for not being able to let you know what a wonderful vacation we had - my Internet server was down for the past week. We thank you very much, Florida Belle is truly beautiful! For sure, we will return there (after all, still have Magic Kingdom tickets left!) and we will recomend it to our friends. The gated community was wonderful and your villa was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! We absolutely loved it and our stay there.....we didn't really want our vacation to end. I'd looked at the house online but the online pictures did not convey the spaciousness and the convenience of the floor plan. It was so nice to have 2 distinct seating areas to separate the adult relaxing area from the kids relaxing area at times. What a relaxing place this was to return to after a day at the parks or whatever. The custom flower arrangements everywhere (the fuchsia color was beautiful and very modern and gave a refreshing feeling) and the artwork on the walls made it feel like we were living in a beautifully decorated model home!!!! This is the perfect way for a family to vacation. Having a full washer and dryer at our disposal was a tremendous help. The pool and the relaxing spa and the games room were big bonuses that helped to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay. We bought these 2 foam 'noodles' for the kids to play with in the pool and left them there for the next guests to enjoy. We plan to refer friends that plan to visit the area to you . We simply had a fabulous time vacationing in your villa. We all agreed that we want to stay at your home again the next time we plan to vacation in that area.
