This is a second floor, west end unit which is the most-sought-after for warmer days and nights due to its sunny southern exposure. Gorgeous condominium with fabulous views from the kitchen to the sunny lanai.
King-size bed in the master with large walk-in closets and cable TV. There is a queen size in the guest bedroom with a large walk-in closet and cable tv. This room is adjacent to the 2nd bath. Don't forget, the grandchildren can sleep in the den with the queen size sofabed.
Go for a sunset cruise at nearby Fort Myers beach or enjoy the same sunset on your own lanai. Sanibel and Captiva are a short hop for casual shelling and shopping. We cannot leave out Naples for its fabulous upscale dining, shopping, and sightseeing!
If you are a Twins fan, spring training is only three miles down the road. Sox fans, you say? You are only a 15-minute drive from the City of Palms park.
Assume our golf membership and play at our two beautiful golf courses. Please enjoy the huge work-out facility, lockers/showers right next to the pro shop, and community pool with hot tub!
