It includes four full baths, one half bath, beautiful hardwood floors, ceramic tile and carpet throughout and a large screened in porch and hot tub located on the upper deck so you won't miss the ocean views. Just a short walk to the ocean and the soundside beach. The views are captivating. The convience of a stoplight into the subdivision makes entering and exiting a breeze.
Let the kids relax in the Recreation Room while you relax in the Hot Tub or get a suntan on the spacious decks available. This vacation home is under the management of Stan White Realty, Nags Head Office, 800-338-3233. Reference "Sea and Sound/NH802" when making your reservation. State/local taxes 12.75%. Select the security waiver for $69.00 non-refundable or $500 deposit refundable after inspection. Admin fee $135.00. Short stays welcomed Oct-Apr(3 night min.) Call Stan White Realty for partial rate information. Pool located two blocks from our home. You won't forget the magnificent views of the sound while you enjoy the pool. Fees are $75.00 for family of 6 for 1 week, $15.00 a week for 1 person or $3.00 a day for 1 person.

Why the Owner Chose Nags Head
My brother and I decided to build a beach house together in 2004. He had been coming to Nags Head for many, many years. He loved to go deep sea fishing and just enjoyed being there. I had come with my son and his family on vacations and enjoyed myself so much. When our home was finished in 2005 we couldn't believe it was ours. It was just what we had hoped it would be and more. Our home away from home. My brother passed not long ago. We'd put so much of ourselves into our home and thought we'd be enjoying it together. The time he was here he, myself, our families and friends had many great times and have lots of great memories. It's a great place to make memories you won't forget.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home has a home-like feel about it. We think it's quite special. It's located in a quiet Soundside neighborhood that has a beautiful pool, clubhouse and boat ramp. Renters may use these facilities for a nominal fee. We are two blocks from the beach. We have beautiful views of the ocean and surroundings from our decks. We are just past Jockey's Ridge, and about a half mile from the Outer Banks shopping mall. When you return from the beach relax in the hot tub, enjoy eating outside on the screened in porch, or swing taking in the views for hours.
