This guest house rents at a one month minimum, but we will rent for a one week minimum between gaps of less than one month only, so please be sure to check our calendar before inquiring. Negotiable rates for long term stays.
Place is a charming, upper unit of a guest house on a private residence with two bedrooms that was renovated in May of 2008. This apartment was the home of actress Renee Zellweger just before she was famous! It's beautifully furnished, super sunny with Spanish charm - a sweet jewel of an apartment. Rent with our front house for even larger parties.
We have cable television with DVR (TiVo) in living room and cable in master bedroom. The smaller bedroom has desk space with DSL for your laptop and a Wifi signal through out. Apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Beverly Center, Cedars Sinai Hospital, the internationally renowned Pacific Design Center as well as the Bodhi Tree and Urth Cafe, the coffee house to the stars.
Only a few minutes away is downtown West Hollywood and Santa Monica Boulevard, the Grove/Farmers Market, and five minutes away is Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Melrose Avenue in Hollywood. The beach and airport are 25 minutes away.
Guest house has easy street parking in safe, upscale neighborhood on Huntley Drive, one of the best streets in west West Hollywood. The area is green and leafy, near end of a cul-de-sac, behind a gated property in a garden setting. The historic neighborhood of single family homes was built mostly in the Twenties and Thirties. It's excellent for visiting business people, writers, actors, and vacationers.
