Place is a charming, upper unit of a guest house on a private residence with two bedrooms that was renovated in 2012. This apartment was the home of actress Renee Zellwegger just before she was famous! It's beautifully furnished, super sunny with Spanish charm - a sweet jewel of an apartment. We have cable television in living room and master bedroom. New 32 inch Sony flat screen and Blu Ray DVD player have just been added. The smaller bedroom has desk space. Good Wifi signal through out. Apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Ma Maison Sofitel, Beverly Center, Cedars Sinai Hospital, the internationally renowned Pacific Design Center as well as the Urth Cafe, the coffee house to the stars.
Only a few minutes away is downtown West Hollywood and Santa Monica Boulevard, the Grove/Farmers Market, and five minutes away is Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Melrose Avenue in Hollywood. The beach and airport are 25 minutes away.
Guest house has easy street parking in safe, upscale neighborhood on Huntley Drive, one of the best streets in west West Hollywood. The area is green and leafy, near end of a cul-de-sac, behind a gated property in a garden setting. The historic neighborhood of single family homes was built mostly in the Twenties and Thirties. It's excellent for visiting business people, writers, actors, and vacationers.

Property is Located in a very quite tree lined road just behind the shop's and resturants of the Beverly Centre and within walking distance of great place's on 3rd Street like the lunch time Fav Jones on 3rd !!.. A spacious guest house in what i think is one of the best area's in LA !... Urth cafe as at the end of the road , so what else do you need !!... Master bedroom , is a great size , second bedroom is certainly just for one person ! Other than that i would recommend this place without a doubt... if your looking for a very quite place to base yourself and no need to have to drive all the time this is the place for you (BUT bare in mind , you do need a car it LA !!!|)
